Everything is good, the hospitality and everything, the receptionist, bellboy, everything is great. Everything is on time. Room service and food are good. Yonus bhai is great from Amritsar.

No service for guest, telephone is their but it doesn't connect, we told them to clean room but not cleaned cockroch in room and washroom, pathetic behaviour of staff very very very bad experience

location is good, property is crowded and the area around the property is very vibrant and active.even though value for the money

This was the best Hotel that we found in low budget, no one even believe in price when we say them that we stay for 6 night and 3 persons in that much low cost. Hotel, rooms and staffs are good. Highly preferred if you want best hotel in low budget.

Old rooms and not hygienic. Insects were roaming around. Old property, the whole property needs renovation. Worst experience, old property and non-hygienic. Entire property need renovation and the property need pest control as well.

Car parking is not free , service was poor , There are exposed electrical wires in the room.

they don't provide breakfast but MMT shows breakfast included while booking. even

the room was good but there is no towel and when i call they just give 1 towel only so i ask again but they said its not done yet and me and my partner just sharing on the towel

Good location affordable price nearby alot of activities and bazaar and popular restaurants nearby metro stations,,,,

When i arrived i pay another 180 due of their policies that i came around 2:am i check out as well the other day i didnt even use the booking that i registered im applying for refund but up to now no responds!

location is good but the place is very bad even the staff they was Soo bad I didn't recommend this place to any one

Stay was horrible the room is very unhygienic and bathroom is terrible the price was very high for the stay

Room is dirty, walls are old and curtains not good. Have mosquito and cockroaches. Hope you renovate the rooms. But housekeeping is good

The person in reception is very rude..even check in after 2.00pm also.he dont know how to dealing with guests . finally got room after long time waiting .its room 415, you have to fight with bed bugs in night ,towels very old, in bathroom no shampoo ,i saw 03 bottles marked hand soap,body wash , body moisturizer ,lights good ,veiw good, blanket cleaned but old.

Stay was just quite average.

Amenities & services was so poor. Full of cigarette smell and bathroom was damaged. Water also not drain properly

Rate was. good but as per rate room conditions r not so well need to upgrade and do some maintenance I have to request for everything dental kit slippers they don't place even if ur returned guest easy check in parking

There was no bath towel and the land phone was not working .
