Hyatt Place Dubai Al Rigga Residences

It was a wonderful stay. Rooms were spacious and all the amenities were present there. We stayed there for almost 15 days. However, except for the breakfast there was nothing to complain about. Be it the location or ambience, everything was fabulous.

Close to the airport and bang in the middle to the street food district - Filipino, Iraqi, Turkeye, Lebanese, Chinese, Pakistani and Indian

they don't have apartments with a city view with a balcony and bathtub. they siphon off your money.

The second room has unpleasant smell and we were not confirtable with that initially. Later we've changed to another floor with connected 2 rooms which is better and extended our stay till 20 sept. 2024. The food is average. We also observed that on 18 sept. We found our room unlocked and the main entrance door left open by room cleaners. Though the supervisor aplogized, it was a serious negligence. The good thing is that there are security cameras in all corridors.

Average stay no basic amenities provided to chase constantly, food is ok breakfast is spread is good in the morning

It is the most budget friendly hotel i have stayed in dubai. It is very spacious and all the shops we need are close by hotel

"i recently had a disappointing experience during my hotel stay in dubai. i was looking forward to extending my booking, but unfortunately encountered delays due to their internal policies. this unexpected situation left me feeling dissatisfied with the overall service. i felt frustrated by the lack of proactive communication and assistance during such a challenging time. the inconvenience caused by the situation could have been better managed with clearer updates and support . despite the unforeseen circumstances, i believe that a more proactive approach and improved customer service could have made a significant difference in handling the situation more effectively. i hope that the hotel considers enhancing their communication and support systems to better assist guests during emergencies or unexpected events in the future" i would appreciate a compensation as i paid for 3 days extra.

Had a wonderful stay at hyatt place residencies. The room was super spacious and very well maintained. Amenities were just perfect for the stay. The staff was very courteous. Morning breakfast was full of varieties with good options for veg as well as indian food. Overall had a wonderful time

I found this hotel through make my trip. I liked the ambience and very much impressed by the room. However i got some difficulty with the bathroom. Make my trip and the hotel staff supported me to shift to another big apartment and i enjoyed a lot after that during my remaining stay in the hotel. I faced some issues with the house keeping department also due to long response time. As i am a uae resident for long time, i was aware about the location issue about indian restaurant options in walking distance. Gym and swimming pools are very good. Room sizes are big. Indian food options in the hotel breakfast is not satisfactory.

The location is prominent and rooms are just as huge and beautiful as shown in pictures. It is at a walkable distance from al rigga metro station which was super convenient to get to all the attractions. The serviced apartment came with very minimal kitchen equipment, i would suggest carrying with you a knife/scissors, dish wash soap and scrub, an omelette/dosa turner if you're planning to use the kitchenette for making basic breakfast in the room. Both bedrooms were really spacious. The housekeeping service was very slow and we had to call 2-3 times to get an extra towel and some sugar sachets. The property is kept clean and was found to be fully booked the whole time we were there which explains the staff being overwhelmed. There is a supermarket on the ground floor (one more behind the property) and a pharmacy, there is also a great tea shop behind the hotel. Food can be ordered through apps but has to be collected from the lobby. Swimming pool was quite tiny and frankly a bit disappointing considering the size of the property. Gym was well equipped and looked great. We had booked a 2bhk for 5 adults and it was perfectly comfortable. We used the kitchenette extensively. There was no "sofa bed" so 5th person had to sleep on the sofa. Breakfast had very few indian options however there are many indian restaurants that deliver in the area. I would recommend staying here, it was absolutely worth the money you're putting in especially considering the other options in this locality.

Nice place to stay very calm and peaceful with amazing club at the ground floor which opens till 4. 00 am and nice ambience.
