Dukes The Palm Dubai Hotel

I booked the dukes for my last day on trip. The stay was excellent. Specially i want to give the review for christopher. He is very helpful l and kind person. He help me with my checkout time with 2 hours. Usually other hotels don’t dooo. I definitely suggest this hotel if anybody going to pl-am

I celebrated my bday here. They arranged decorations for my room, and was upgraded to higher room category. Staff was amazing.

Value for price is good. Good swimming pools and bar. Was a bit crowded by the time of the visit.

The hotel is well kept and the staff is very helpful. The breakfast is a huge spread and amazing food. The infinity pool and the lazy river is the highlight. Great place to stay with the kids. With nakheel mall in walking distance it’s very convenient too. Hnin and her team was very helpful in getting us the room as there was a little delay with the checkin, it being a weekend. Overall a pleasant stay.

I had an exceptional stay at Dukes The Palm. The amenities were top-notch, and the beach was perfect – pristine sands and crystal-clear waters. The pool was amazing, providing a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. The food was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options, and the ambiance throughout the hotel was delightful. We had 2 nights stay at dukes and we were able to relax and enjoy time as our room was upgraded from premium room to a suite room. Our room is just near to indoor swimming pool so my 1 yr old toddler enjoyed time to swim. The breakfast has variety of foods to choose and staffs were friendly. Since it was my birthday, they had provided a surprise room decoration and complimentary cake to enjoy.

This hotel is a gem in dubai. The staff are uber friendly and they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The infinity pool overlooking the marina is breathtaking especially in the evenings. I would whole heartedly recommend this hotel.

It's very luxury and beautiful place. I like it. It's good place. And nice for family. You have to try it!

Our check in time was 3pm. We came late around 4pm but still need to wait for 45 mins for check in. There were others who were also waiting for check in. Maybe because it was ed holidays thats why its was busy. Buffet dinner could have more other options for kids. You have to pay extra for the drinking water as well, it was not free. Buffet breakfast is ok somehow. Pools are little far from the main building. We only enjoyed the indoor pool on the 14th flr. Though we had given our room very late, we were also not granted for a late check out. The location is just opposite the nakheel mall btw.

If swimming pool and beach is your priority, then go for it. They have 3 different concept pools, nice beach. The dinning is average. The rooms are good. For this price, it worth it.

The place is really good, makes you feel like you are in europe. They have an indian restaurant and food is very good there. Other restaurants have lesser veg options though

The staff and hotel service is absolutely amazing. It was my parents anniversary and they made sure that they enjoyed their room which was well decorated and with the best view of the beach

There is nothing baaed at the property except the khebar restaurant tasteless please improve the indian food taste specifically dal

Nice location, right opposite nakheel mall. View from rooms is not that good because of residential buildings. However, pool and beach area is just amazing. It has an indian restaurant as well that is good. Overall satisfactory stay.

Dukes the palm has provided us a great stay with easy access to different attractions, beach access, and a very good buffet breakfast. The night view is very good and the staff were quite nice.

Amazing property. When you come to the property stay here keep your utinerary light and enjoy the property. It will take you min three nights to fully enjoy the property. I had booked two but always felt short.

We stayed at dukes the palm for 2 nights on 17th and 18th nova pros - good location - partial good views ( based on your room selection - economic pricing ( comparing with other similar properties at jhumeira ) cons- - even if you select premium rooms or studios - views, bathtubs, configuration of the room is based on availibility while you checking in. Everything you see in pics may not be there and when asked, they said it's makemytrip's issues and washed their hand off - their breakfast place is too small to accommodate people. And you have to be early to breakfast ( max by 8;30 ) or else they have a temporary setup done in another restaurant in the building, where you will not get all. Options. - it's mostly influenced and setup for english folks and you might slightly awkward ( if you are an indian or different colored ). - breakfast options - very little indian options. - kitchenware in room were dirty. - housekeeping staff have no idea how to treat a customer professionally. - front reception is super rude and zero flexible from early check in or late check out or even giving rooms on time perspective. Worth mentioning - we had our wedding anniversary on 18th and upon informing, they decorated and gave a cute tiny cake, which was a very good gesture. Hotel feels little congested. Overall, since we spent most of the time out of the hotel, we didn't feel much of a burn, but their service, behavior leaves one much to desire.

It was a very nice, clean place. The beach is also very nice, the brunch food was nice, but the dinner was average.
