Amazing property with multiple restaurants and clubs. Central location close to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa.

Amazing hospitality and services. Morning breakfast/lunch/dinner with Burj khalifa view adds a feature to the stay. We had the canal view balcony room and enjoyed the sunrise every morning. The house keeping staff admirable efforts to keep your items neat and sorted. Recommend the place for any visit with friends, family.

I requested the staff during breakfast to pack a small portion of poha for my child because they were not eating at that moment and would need it on the way. The waiter said he would check with the manager, but the manager clearly refused and said, “They are Indians, they have this habit.” After hearing this, I also told them to leave it. When we finished breakfast and were leaving, the manager avoided facing us and hid. He was a very unprofessional manager, although the rest of the staff was very good.

Location adjacent to the Dubai mall and in downtown. Great food served at their restaurants. Tantatan their main serves good Indian and Asian food. Their club has great music and very hip.

misrepresented about the view. I paid a high price for the view and got no view. I would have bought a cheaper one and saved much money. Nonetheless, even the hotel folks were not that cooperative about that except listening and asking more money to change the view to Burj Khalifa. Last day they offered 1 day upgrade to compensate the whole mess which i felt was unreasonable. Rest it was good.

location is ok. Just 20 min ride from airport and just 10 min from burj al khalifa dubai mall. facilities [gym - not that good..ok) food quality very nice. larger rooms with better linen and bath. bathroom has large bathtub

The hotel is in an excellent location, just about a 12-minute walk to Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa area, which made getting around very convenient. The staff were genuinely warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Housekeeping maintained everything perfectly, and the overall cleanliness of the property really stood out. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for good value, comfort, and a great location in Downtown Dubai.

It’s good place with wonderful view of Burj and food was also good as they had lot of Indian options

The hotel is not very advanced in looks and feels, but a cozy, happening place.Rooms are good big sized with comfy beds and spacious bathroom. Conveniently located with multiple options of inhouse resturants.Surely recommend this place

Amazing massive rooms with full time service and great view . The building is filled with amazing clubs in the centre of downtown soo you don’t need to leave the property for anything . Also loved the espresso machine in the room .

I recently stayed at a hotel in Dubai, which I booked through the MakeMyTrip app, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The service was genuinely nice, with the staff being courteous and attentive throughout my stay. The food offered was tasty and had a good variety to choose from. One of the highlights was definitely the view—it was just as stunning as I had hoped. The room itself matched exactly what I had seen in the pictures while booking, which was reassuring and made the stay even more enjoyable. It was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed. Overall, a decent visit that met my expectations.

Breakfast buffet was ok but overpriced , room kettle was malfunctioning, shower needed repairs , shower gel wasn’t filled , but as such the staff were friendly
