Disappointing Stay and Poor Customer Service The hotel was nice, and the food was good, but I had a very disappointing experience. I booked a garden view room, but they gave me a parking lot view instead. When I complained, they moved me to another room that was even worse. I then spoke with the manager, who was very rude. He was the one who changed my room to the worse option, and later acted like he had done me a favor by “upgrading” They ruined my day, and I had to wait until 5 PM just to get the new room. What should have been a relaxing experience was instead frustrating and stressful. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service

Food with bad quality rooms are not clean at all its not worth money

The stay was okay, room service was slow we order baby crib on check in and followed up all day until we had to be assetive about it to the check in counter agents the room service employees entered the room while we where in bed, they say because they have scheduled cleaning but that doesn’t give them the right to enter the room at all

Amazing food and facilities.

The property is very nice and kid friendly. A lot of activities for kids to keep them engaged. Staff very helpful and courteous especially mr amit dalvi from the guest relations

Room sofa wasn’t clean very dirty the garbage bin the bathroom was very dirty rusted and not clean the mini bar not working

This hotel shouldn’t be 5 stars and not worth the amount at all! one room is for almost 1. 5k- however, for a 5 star hotel when i check in, i expect a warm welcome, a hello at least, a brief on where the restaurants & pools are (since it’s all inclusive) a brief on the activities or what is happening! but nothing of that happened. Reception didn’t even tell us where our rooms are, simply said “go reach to our conceirge” inside the room, there was no towels, no toilet paper, no toothbrush, no bath robes, and low to zero water pressure. We called 5 times to ask for someone to fix it because we need to shower, but no one came and we had to stay 2 hours on the couch while we are wet from the pool. Then they informed us that we need to book a table for dinner by calling a number, we did so and they told us your booking is confirmed. We went to the restaurant and was surprised that there was no booking. We had to fight until the restaurant manager named “ayman” came and made our night better. He took good care of us serving the best food, this was the only nice thing that happened. The water pressure and sink in the bath was not working, the bathroom floor flooded with water when we showered. The rooms are very old and stained and dirty. By far, this is the worst hotel i’ve been to at uae. don’t go for rixos. The rooms also are very old!

The pictures shared, for the corresponding room do not match actual. Wifi was not good in our room. Everything else was amazing.

The hotel itself looks old. Far away from rixos standards. Food quality was very low.

It was nice and as per the expectation, they should work on the night activities specially in the summer, setting outside with ac is no comfort.

The facilities are amazing, food very good, the special restaurants was wonderful, the room was good but it was the least luxurious thing in the hotel everything else was amazing including lounge bars and swimming pools

I feel that the ambience, the facilities were excellent however, some of the pointers which did not make sense at all when they advertise their buffet on their website is: 1) they mention there are all cuisines available and me and my wife being vegetarian we looked out for veg indian food and there were only 2 dishes so for our dinner we were extremely disappointed as there were no indian alacarte restraunts as well. 2) usually all hotels accept soft copy of the emirates id but we had to drive back to dubai for another 2 hours and bring back my wife's emirates id and that too on our anniversary wasnt a great start to the trip. However, anuj explained why they have to do it due to some reasons. 3) room service menu is completely different and the alacarte restraunts are not accessible for room service which was quite disappointing as in this heat customers would rather stay indoors, order food in the room and watch some tv or play some games. Menu for in-room service was limited and it was a set menu and they declined any change in the menu order and forced us to buy the set menu although we did not want to. They do not allow us ordering from outside through talabat. My office colleagues and my friends were amazed with the photos and videos of the place that i took and they were planning on booking as well however, i told them about the situation in the in-room service and lack of choices of food and highly recommended not going to bab al bahr due to these reasons unfortunately. The place was really good. Nice ambiance and view from our room. The food was great also.

Unfortunately, upon arrival, the hotel receptionist's mistake in checking the reserved rooms caused me to be delayed for almost an hour, and even though i had a 4-year-old child with me, this indecision was annoying. In the that time, i had to make repeated calls to your company, and unfortunately, the hotel receptionist refused to talk to your company's coordinator on my personal phone, total this procedure made me not have much enjoy

First of all i visited around 6pm to check in, and they said i don’t have booking for another 15min, later they said it’s not updated. Secondary i checked out same day evening 11pm, due to not acceptable such behaviour, with management, in my absence someone enter in my room and shifted my stuff and added additional bed, which i didn’t request

Very affable staff and super efficient, luxurious place ! special thanks to arshad, us-man & agnivesh from concierge! fantastic buffet lay out with sooo many cuisine to choose from! would highly recommend young & old & all ! amazing exp6not to miss!

Since there's only one restaurant serving lunch or was extremely crowded during lunchtime. None was wearing masks or maintaining social distancing.

Everything inclusive with 5 star facilities, private beach, vip cabanas, world class cuisine, exclusive drinks all included in the package. Perfect for a family vacation.

It's a good place, great location, friendly staff and lots of activities to do for all ages. We enjoyed the facility a lot however the quality of room furnishings was below average for a hotel/resort of this magnitude. Food was below average - the place was crowded and food halls were packed but the quality of food was highly disappointing.

It was good relaxing stay in Rixos.
