The place and location is amazing however the beach is a bit far from the hotel and it is public beach hence bring your own towels

It was a beautiful place but don’t expect it to be a grand resort. It’s more like a AirBNB with an excellent service from the housekeeping and staff. Good place to visit for a day and enjoy the pool side with a sea view. Unfortunately I couldn’t enjoy the sea view as there was construction going on but the national day celebration vibes just made a icing on a cake if you don’t have sea view

Pathetic bathroom, pathetic room service, too much noise, management very unresponsive dirty rooms broken curtains

The location is good, the room is decent, still very dirty and damaged curtain with and everything smelling like cigarette smoke made our impression worse. Windows dont have much sound isolation and road is very loud during the weekend untill very late at night. Stuff was very polite and welcoming, overall acceptable but not enjoyable stay.

We booked One-Bedroom Apartment for the weekend. The property is located near the marina and surrounded by multiple restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets and gyms. It is even near the Lagoon Stop Food Truck Park. The swimming pool is across the street from the property. It is bigger than the photos. Towels and water is available in the poolside upon request. The beach is three minutes away by car. Have to inform them before going so that they can arrange the transportation (going to and back) and lifeguard. Same as the pool, towels and water is available upon request. Breakfast is AED50/pax but they offered discounted price of AED37. We opted to cook our own breakfast since kitchen is fully equipped including refrigerator, cookingwares, plates, utensils, glasses. There is also a dishwasher and washing machine. The floor is clean except somedust in the carpets. The bed big and clean as well. Toiletries are available in the bathroom and additional items like slippers, extra towels and floor mats are requested and delivered promptly. The bathroom is the bedroom is equipped with a bath tub but needs shower curtain so that thr floor will not be flooded when taking a bath (we regret not requesting). Special thanks to Ms. Kristine and Ms. Ladylyn for surprising my kid with a birthday cake. Overall the stay is well recommended and worth going back to.

We had to wait for 45 min to do check in despite the counter was free upon check in the receptionist said that he will call the hk to attach the beds together and they never came the way staff deal with you is really terrible i’ll never go back to that place

there was flies in the room and i called the fo to provide hk they said that we will send them and after 1 hour no one came i called again and nothing happened again i had to go down and meet ( kingsley ) who helped me by providing a spray 2- the curtain is teared apart so the sunshine must wake you up

Staffs are very accommodating, the place is very beautiful very serene place. Near to supermarket. Has a place for your dog to roam around the community.
