Staff were very friendly and the one in reception she upgraded the room as complimentary and finished the check-in process very fast

Comfortable enough to serve its purpose as a short trip. Anything longer than sleeping only and it could be burdesome.

We stained one night for visit to jabel juis mountain. This hotel staff are friendly and safety. Parking was full at night.

Food is good location is good facilities is good i had one issue which upset my stay at the last few hours were one of the room service guys trying to open the door early in the morning without any reasons. Luckily we were using the safety chain and preventing his access! my wife wakes up me saying a stranger is trying to open the door! when i opened the door he had a tooth brush in his hand and said "sir do you want a tooth brush" i replied i nobody asked for it why you are trying to open the door without permission then he said sorry sir! i reported the issue at the checkout time and he promised to investigate the issue.

Morning time hot water was not available, very hardly took bath. Tea set, bottled water not sufficient for groups of 4, every time needed to ask

wonderful stay. we had good stay for 2nights. check in and the service was smooth

noisy rooms because even if someone at upper level is taking a bath, you will hear the tap water noise 😬😬

During my stay at this hotel, i encountered several disappointing issues that made the experience far from pleasant. The corridors were filled with an unpleasant smell, making it uncomfortable to walk through. The washrooms had bugs, which was highly unhygienic. Additionally, i noticed strands of hair on the floors and even on the bed, reflecting a lack of proper cleanliness and attention to detail in housekeeping. Furthermore, the food quality was extremely poor, to the point where i had to return the meal after ordering because it was not fit to consume. This combination of issues made my stay quite disappointing, and i would not recommend this hotel to others.

I had an amazing experience at Action Hotel! The staff was incredibly supportive and welcoming, always going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The food was fantastic, and the rooms were spotless and cozy. They even offer discounts on food, which was a great bonus! From the hospitality to the overall atmosphere, everything was perfect. I would highly recommend Action Hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay!

We alwaya booked in this hotel as it was clean and the staff are very accommodating and it's very flexible with the timing. Also they have best prices offer both in the hotel and restaurant. Very much recommended. )

no room service in my 3 nights stay. parking was available. no tissue box provided. beverages were provided once but it was promised to be provided entire stay.

Abdul khaliq housekeeping staff taking good care and very well mannered. The staff at reception were helpful in resolving change of room

Bathroom is very congested. Shower partition not even closing.. Shower is repaired with cello tape..floor trap is blocked not cleaned properly.. The main important the 2nd day when i asked for cleaning the cleaner was wiping the bathroom floor and wash basin with the towel that they give to the customers.. Which means the towel they clean the floor and everything they wash the same white towel and giving to the customers... Very poor service... I will not recommend this hotel... And the room is not as per the picture... It is also congested... Regarding hygiene its very poor... The window was full dust also..
