I had a really pleasant stay. The property was well maintained, rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very polite and helpful. The food was tasty with good variety, and the location was convenient for getting around. Overall, it was a smooth and satisfying experience, and I would definitely recommend this place for a comfortable stay.

The hotel is good value for money and the rooms are very spacious with a nice city view. Location is central and convenient, with facilities like restaurant, spa, and bar. However, the property needs a lot of maintenance and cleanliness improvement. Bathrooms had cockroaches, which was disappointing. Overall, comfortable stay but cleanliness should be taken more seriously.

Ac was not working as well but room was clean and I got good discount when I booked it online I recommend this place

It was the worst hotel I've ever visited in the UAE. full of insects furniture is very old and not clean

Had a great time its nice and quiet place with low buddget room size is big and have nice bar and Restaurant also mini bar is availabel in ur room its a good place to stay hotel staaf are nice and helpful

This hotel looks good and rooms are spacious BUT THERE ARE BED BUGS. I woke up in the middle of the night as my hands were bit all over having large blitz. I contacted reception and asked them for refund but they refused. I showed them bed bugs and have photos and videos of the same. there was no option to contact. horrible Experience.

Accommodation was not good. The furniture was very cheap, i can't even sleep at night because of the mattress. With family that hotal is not for stay.

they have no glass for drinking water all the other thing is good only they don't have glass

it was a terrible experience. the place was dirty and unpleasant, and there was no hot water. when i arrived, there were issues with the hotel staff. the noise was unbearable—i could hear everything from my suite. i ended up checking out the same night at midnight because i couldn’t stay there any longer.. if you can refund my money it will be appreciated

they put double or twin beds in the description but they don't have double bed. cleaning was bad,

Everything was good, but the only problem was that the sound from other rooms and corridors was clearly audible.

Ys. It was a pleasant stay in grand pj rak. Location was excellent and the rooms were spacious and clean and also the front desk staff(sri lankan) is a nice co-operative person. Overall it's an amazing experience.

The furniture was damaged and there is bad smell and the tv is so small and it wasn’t working well and i have a storage room inside my room. That’s very bad and the wall wasn’t painful all dirty. I didn’t stay. I left from the hotel.

The stay was very very bad, nothing is good in the hotel. Rooms are bad and dirty, lamps not working, amenities are pathetic, not at all recommended for families no services and hospitality shown towards guests

when i reach to that hotel jp it’s was not like the pic was showed we checked in n saw the conditions and left didn’t felt to stay at in carbage place in which we need to pay seriously disappointed
