Excellent Stay
Excellent customer service by Mr Ashiqur at the reception and surprise upgrade of rooms to Royal Suite made our day. It was awesome experience. Also the staff Mr Rabnawaz was very helpful. All over the Ras Al Khaimah Hotel and all the staffs were very good.

The Ras Al Khaimah Hotel staff has been kind enough to address our concerns. The room was as described. The amenities were also great however the intercom in our room was not working.

Excellent staycation. Nice staffs. Reception staffs, swimming pool area staffs, Room service staff, Restaurant staffs etc. all are very friendly. Room and Food was nice & delicious.
