Shower was not working, not clean towels no soap anything very very bad experience not recommended at all

Room is clean and big to stay. Ac is also good. I like it. So calm to sleep. Price is also low worth it.

Furniture was broken.

Location is not bad . Main problem is Quality of the room and service rendered. We have stayed 9 days . Out if which only two times bed sheets are changed . One time cleaned . Usually two small bottles has to be given on every day . For which we have to ask daily otherwise they don’t give .

Terrible Stay Experience – Would Not Recommend I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. 1. Parking & Food Unavailability: • No parking facilities provided. • No food options available, which is highly inconvenient. 2. Cleanliness & Maintenance: • Cleanliness is absolutely zero. The room smelled terrible, and there was no proper hygiene maintained. • The drainage system was blocked while taking a shower, causing water to flood the entire room, including the bedroom. This created a huge mess. 3. Furniture & Room Condition: • The sofas were in horrible condition, with cigarette waste scattered all over them. • The bed quality was equally poor and uncomfortable. 4. Amenities & Entertainment: • The TV did not work at all, leaving no option for entertainment. • The presence of local clubs in the hotel made the overall environment extremely unpleasant and noisy. Overall, this stay was a nightmare. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone, as it lacks basic hospitality, cleanliness, and proper facilities. Zero stars from me!

Hotel is very noisy, poor housekeeping and maintenance. I woke up one night due to a little cockroach waking on my back, very horrible. Staff are helpful with what in their abilities and kind as well.

Bad wifi ok

They don't have a parking lot. I needed to ask several times for a towel and the telephone was not working in the room. Tv was too old version, they should have a smart tv as the generation is getting changed. Room furniture was not good.

Room number 108 is just terrible and the bed is making alot of noise. I couldn't sleep all night especially with loud music coming from the bar. The rooms from right up is preferable but my last stay was really discouraging.

You can get a one day stay. Thats all, just you can get fresh and leave. The food was not good, there is only chair, which is broken and cushion was torn, and the heavy noise, they play the music all night with high voice

Rooms to be cleaned and basic amenities to be provided. Hotel is not even cleaning rooms. Ac checking was done after i visited. So many things to be improved in hotel

affordable price. the room are clean, well equipped and value for money for a 3 star hotel.

This month 22 we want one family room in sharja any offer available
