Stay was fantastic very good location and access to all tourist places is nearby. Staff is super polite and very good service. One more point is that you’ll get free shuttle bus to Burj Khalifa

Poor stay, unhygienic and unclean rooms, no toiletries, I changed my room thrice, 1st room had water clogging issues in the bathroom which made it overflow to the room, second room had curtain issues. The hotel staff was also not welcoming and with too much arrogance.

I’ve been coming to this hotel regularly for the past two years, mainly because of its convenient location close to my home. However, I would like to highlight a few concerns I’ve noticed during my stays: • It often takes a long time for the staff to answer the phone when I call. • The valet parking service is extremely slow—on several occasions, I had to wait more than ten minutes to receive my car. • The rooms can be uncomfortably hot, and temperature control is not always effective. • Outside noise is quite loud, which affects the comfort and quietness of the stay. • Sometimes the cleanliness of the rooms is not up to standard. • The restaurant prices are noticeably overpriced compared to the quality and portion size. I hope these points can be taken into consideration for improvement. Thank you.

The most horrific property you can ever book is this. Zero housekeeping sense the ac doesnt work at all the balcony doors dont open up even when youve booked a suite room. The staff is so rude. Overall a 0/10. I wouldve given a minus also if there was an option. Also good luck getting a decent sleep on those beds.

Location was good, 10mins from dubai mall and airport rooms were spacious but they can improve on the room finishing as the floor and walls were not looking perfect room service can also be improved but overall experience was good

Amazing stay!unable to give pool side view even i already requested upon checked in but they didnt get back even after i followed up from fd since i’ll be staying for 3 nights, but overall it was nice and comfortable room to stay.
