Reception is not that friendly

Very terrible experience in hotel

All floor mats are stained They have not given room till evening 4.30 pm though our booking starts from 1 pm. Not given tooth kit, water Not carried out regular cleaning

Honestly, my experience at this hotel was not good. The room was not clean, the service was slow, and the staff were not very friendlly. Overall, I didn’t enjoy my stay and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to others.

There was a ac problem in the room , and no proper kitchen service ,remaining all was quite okhi

The service was good, room was small. The lights near the bed were not working and the bathroom was terrible. The water filled up in the shower and took a lot time be drained.

Rude staff...small toilets...can’t even sit properly on the pot. Too much for the price listed. Asked for wash basin clogged to be taken care off, but no one turned up to clean it.

Property is located at a 15 min walk to the gold souk metro station and very convinient to reach. Had no trouble locating the property. The hotel staff is polite, curteous and very prompt. The hotel also offers luggage room facility to keep your luggage even after you check out.

Worst experience. The room smells very bad. Not cleaned well. Even the bedsheets are not clean. Everything felt bad with slow responses from the reception also

It was a pleasant stay. The room is neat and tidy and the staffs and services are good.

Bad service.... .they didn’t give towel and they didn’t change the bedsheets and all even after requesting twice.

this has been one of the most terrible experiences I've had at a hotel. The housekeeping was poor, there was no cleanliness, the TV was damaged, the blanket was worn and torn, and the washroom was in a terrible condition.
