good and clean room. excellent room service. good and friendly receptionists. lifts are good. overall I liked it.

The rooms smell bad and have bed bugs, the reception staff is definitely not good. They don't even change the rooms if they have bed bugs reported. Not friendly staff.

The hotel is located in a good location. We were having an excellent stay in the Royal Tulip hotel. The staff were very friendly and co-operative. As soon as a room got vacated, early check in was provided to me. The food was tasty, but there were only a very few items for breakfast.

Good staff especially Deepti was the sweetest. Also, my mom and I enjoyed a lot; the hotel was clean and had very humble staff.

Very bad experience. AC didnt work at all. Technicians worked till 11pm in the mught disturbing the sleep but no use. We asked for a room change and they still delayed it. We werent given proper room card after room change and they disturbed iur sleep 4 times by ringing the bell to change the room card. Don’t recommend this hotel at all. Don’t go. Sleeping on camel in desert is better

Very dim lights in room, no wash room amenities, twin bed room, no double bed. Bar Closed, No entertainment. Total waste of Money.

All floor mats are stained They have not given room till evening 4.30 pm though our booking starts from 1 pm. Not given tooth kit, water Not carried out regular cleaning

Honestly, my experience at this hotel was not good. The room was not clean, the service was slow, and the staff were not very friendlly. Overall, I didn’t enjoy my stay and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to others.

The service was good, room was small. The lights near the bed were not working and the bathroom was terrible. The water filled up in the shower and took a lot time be drained.

Rude staff...small toilets...can’t even sit properly on the pot. Too much for the price listed. Asked for wash basin clogged to be taken care off, but no one turned up to clean it.

Property is located at a 15 min walk to the gold souk metro station and very convinient to reach. Had no trouble locating the property. The hotel staff is polite, curteous and very prompt. The hotel also offers luggage room facility to keep your luggage even after you check out.
