Everything was perfect — clean rooms, friendly staff, and a great location close to major attractions. The view was stunning, and the breakfast was delicious. Truly a five-star experience — can’t wait to come back! 🌟

Small room . Poor upkeep . Poor ambience . Food not good . It’s just the location for which I think they are charging . Not at all more than two star property .

The location is perfect. Right on the banks of the creek. Morning/evening walks on the promenade is itself refreshing. Also the Baniyas street Metro station is walking distance away, so are bus stations. Also Gold souk is very nearby, and old souk just a boat ride away. Staff are very warm and helpful. Breakfast had many options, with some variety introduced every day. We also used the gym and swimming pool. Overall a wonderful experience. Would easily recommend to friends and family.

The front desk girl was extremely rude,she didn’t even once looked up to talk properly.The room was shabby,,he told them to change the room but that didn’t happened.

Very clean room. The staff was very friendly. Good service and the view from the room was very beautiful. My wife also liked it a lot.

had stayed for 12 days five six days people (staff ) were very helpful but then when we started booking the rooms by our own they changed their behaviour sometimes the rooms ac not working few of the house keeping guys not helpful. it's a mix kind of service we have noticed sometimes good some time very terrible

The property location is very exciting. Good amenities and the staffs are super nice. From reception to house keeping. My favorite person is Kumar of house keeping very polite and hard working.

the room which was alloted this time was not good. A/c was not working (the A/c switches were completely broken, No shampoo or soap. no refilling in the bathroom. not satisfied this satisfied with this particular stay ..

Very bother after extention. Staff lack of knowledge they don't know how to treat customer. Stay should be Relax and Peaceful they made it worst. and Cleaner asking try to be free while clearing.

Good location, near to metro. But the front hotel staff don’t provide local information much. Also hot water was an issue in rooms. Stops hot water after few min.

Best western plus pearl creek hotel is located overlooking the dubai creek & gives a very pleasant view. One can see the dubai frame as well as burj khalifa at a distance. It is at a walkable distance from gold souk. The rooms are quite comfortable & staff responsive. Overall a very nice stay.

Best stay near by gold souk. The room was also big. And clean. Over all good stay. One thing not good they don’t give early check in.
