Excellent Stay at Grayton Hotel Dubai! Had a wonderful experience during my stay at Grayton Hotel Dubai. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were all polite and helpful, but I especially want to mention Saurabh at the reception — he was extremely courteous, professional, and made the check-in process smooth and pleasant. His friendly attitude and attention to detail really made a difference in our stay. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Dubai — great hospitality, perfect location, and fantastic service!

I wasn’t warned about the security deposit policy until I was checking in to the hotel. Now 7 whole days have passed since they claimed to have refunded the money to my account. The tv stopped working and they didn’t have it fixed even though I had complained. They don’t have a microwave in the room. The menu items are way overpriced and don’t even match what they deliver.

I had a very comfortable stay at grayton during my visit to dubai for arab health 2025. The hotel’s location is convenient, being close to the metro and offering plenty of great indian dining options nearby. Housekeeping was always prompt and attentive, ensuring a seamless experience. Additionally, they provided us with a changing room upon arrival since our room wasn’t ready, which was highly appreciated. Overall, it was a great stay, and i would definitely choose grayton again if i have the opportunity.

Good rooms but lacks in indian veg breakfast

Grays-on has good rooms, they are big in size. However, the breakfast spread didn’t have many options, and even a handful snack items for pure veg (indians. They should certainly provide a good buffet menu for breakfast.

familyhotel is in a good location, room is also decent. However the restaurant manager was rude, would not let us fill drinking water in our bottle during breakfast buffet. also on the last day, before check out since we were leaving early he made a fuss about packing breakfast, though we asked just 1 portion for the 3 of us. apart from this manager rest was all good. The food at Bukhara was fabulous and the chef and staff there were excellent.
