Excellent Stay at Grayton Hotel Dubai! Had a wonderful experience during my stay at Grayton Hotel Dubai. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were all polite and helpful, but I especially want to mention Saurabh at the reception — he was extremely courteous, professional, and made the check-in process smooth and pleasant. His friendly attitude and attention to detail really made a difference in our stay. Highly recommend this Grayton Hotel by Blazon Hotels Bur Dubai for anyone visiting Dubai — great hospitality, perfect location, and fantastic service!

I had a very comfortable stay at grayton during my visit to dubai for arab health 2025. The Grayton Hotel by Blazon Hotels Bur Dubai’s location is convenient, being close to the metro and offering plenty of great indian dining options nearby. Housekeeping was always prompt and attentive, ensuring a seamless experience. Additionally, they provided us with a changing room upon arrival since our room wasn’t ready, which was highly appreciated. Overall, it was a great stay, and i would definitely choose grayton again if i have the opportunity.

A no-nonsense business grade Grayton Hotel by Blazon Hotels Bur Dubai. Well appointed rooms, comfortable beds and clean washrooms. The staff come across as not-so-friendly in the first instant but are actually very professional and helpful. Recommend

Grays-on has good rooms, they are big in size. However, the breakfast spread didn’t have many options, and even a handful snack items for pure veg (indians. They should certainly provide a good buffet menu for breakfast.
