The room was immaculate, the bed was quite comfortable, and the staff made us feel right at home. Overall, it was a great stay. This Marco Polo Hotel has a unique vibe, which is amazing. The staff was really polite and welcoming.Thankyou swopna and sukanya It was a pleasant getaway from the hectic city. I was surprised at how welcoming the staff were at the Marco Polo Hotel. It felt like home.Stylish and modern design made this Marco Polo Hotel stand out. My stay was excellent! The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and the whole experience felt relaxing and well-planned.

the Marco Polo Hotel stay was very comfortable the staff service is out standard and I can suggest for all type of guest specially for families staff such as Swapna nabuhaan sukanya pushpa archana sahal and mubashir rahim all are doing their best to satisfy and any concern we can happily inform to front office manager so he will do it to make comfortable I never saw such pleasant staff anywhere thank u marcopolo Marco Polo Hotel

welcome drinks was given, check in was very convenient. Only passport required. Staff was really nice. I forgot the guys name but he was from Nepal, very helpful. Room was good. Everyday cleaning. In room food served at discounted price. Overall very good experience. Although some sound was there from bar but not bothering.

the Marco Polo Hotel is ok, they assist us nicely specially the lady in the reception she even give us drinks... and they have some fruits they give for my sister because uts her birthday... but only i got disappoint when i called and asking for late checked out but she drop my call.
