Rude staff, Everytime you call for anything the staff that answers the fall is rude... Even when you complain about some service the person on the other line will talk to you as you are a peasant 😂 choose 2 Seasons opposite to this property, the staff and service is fantastic there

Check in was a disaster We arrived hotel at 12 wherein check in time is 2:00 We completed out check in process and was told room will be available in an hour, hence we headed out for lunch and quick shopping at The Mall of Emirates. Upon arrival @ 3, we were told our room was not ready yet and they require some more time. I was outraged. We had another activity scheduled at 4 and needed to freshen up prior to moving out. They committed on 15 mins more. We had no choice but to agree. We headed to zoom hypermarket next door for water and drinks and returned in 15 mins. Again the same thing, they wanted more time. We waited at the counter till the room was made available. Check out again a disaster. For half an hour after requesting for check out and bell boy, noone arrived to help us with luggage. My husband went down to reception to complete check out formalities and requested to send someone again. But noone came. After creating a ruckus at the reception, almost an hour post the first call was made, the bell boy arrived. Please plan your check out accordingly as you might miss your flight. Stay was comfortable. Housekeeping was available on call. Breakfast buffet was very average.

Very spacious and clean rooms. The 2 bedroom suites are perfect for a family of 4. Located very close to metro and bus stations. House keeping were always short of towels, had to call and request for towels almost every morning during our stay. Overall a very good option to stay in Dubai.

This is a very good hotel. it is next to Internet city metro station and you can access Ski Dubai, Musuem of the future, Dubai Mall, Dubai frame easily which are on a red line zone. RTA taxis are easily accessible.

I recently stayed at Mercure Hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout my stay. Good spacious room with all amenities. Clean and well kept. Service is slow and wait time for lift in busy hours is little longer.

The hotel is superbly located, the Deluxe suite is very spacious and has beautiful views. The category assigned was twin bedded despite knowing that we had a kid. The MMT booking also did not specify the bed type. Water bottle refills took lot of time to come. We ended up buying our own water from the superstore. Towels could be of better quality. The housekeeping boys and the team at reception is good and helpful.

Property's location, food, amenities and services are very excellent. My family is very happy to stay here.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was spotless and very comfortable, and the location was perfect—close to everything I needed. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and the service was fast and efficient. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable stay

Bad housekeeping services, they never turn up to give water.. breakfast similar every day.. if you ask them for some extra food due to a medical situation they ask to pay.. special thanks to saurav for our tea.. reception area service is promt amd good

We stayed in this hotel two times. It's a great hotel with very convenient location. All staff members are very helpful especially Edson, Jamal, Zenith and colleagues in restaurant. Front office team is great when it comes to checkout and checkin. Housekeeping guys ensure hotel room is clean and tidy. This is well maintained hotel with great price, great view and great commute options. If you are planning to visit any attraction in Dubai and Abu Dhabi this hotel provides very good connectivity. There are direct bus from this hotel to all Abu Dhabi attraction provided you have valid tickets. People at travel desk help all possible information and booking option. Overall it's a great package

location is perfect, just on Dubai internet City metro station. food is very good and services are also good.
