It was supposed to be great but due to miscommunication between the agency and Mercure Dubai Barsha Heights Hotel Suites And Apartments they're trying to charge me extra in which i hope it will sorted out, i have receive a lot of calls and Mercure Dubai Barsha Heights Hotel Suites And Apartments tried to call me at 1:40am. We had a great new years eve and our view is really nice as we can see the fireworks. Tho the front desk guy and duty manager mr. Oshada they assisted me in a professional way. But i hope it will not happen again that suddenly will receive a lot of calls that i have to pay for the new year supplementary in which i haven't been aware of it and the agency also confirmed that it's no stated on my booking.
