Al Manar Deluxe Hotel Apartment

Very good experience, very friendly staff. Overall very good hotel with good amenities, must try if in Dubai.

The rooms is not cleaned, very bad smell . there is no daily cleaning, they are not providing drinking water also even 1 bottle per day .

Food is worth nothing. The place is ok

Poor service and worst experience from front office staffs. Not at all recommendable to any one. We moved to another hotel booked through another booking portal

The hotel itself is terrible. Found few hair in the bed so i assumed the bedsheet/duvet were not changed. I have to request them to replace it. There were flies and mosquitos. And in the morning, we saw crawling cockroaches. Hotel rate is too expensive for this facility. Not worth it at all. We will never go back to this hotel ever.

It's a nice property. Location good. Flat inside good and spacious. Amenities need to change mattress, sofa and should provide more kitchen accessories and utensils and crockery

All the furniture are very old like bed, sofa, dinning table etc are in very bad condition and the hotel staffs are not professional. They will collect tourism fees without providing any receipts & at the time of final settlement they will deduct complete security deposit.

Hotel Staffs are very friendly and helpful but the hotel furnitures including sofa, TV , Dinning table , freeze , microwave, bed are very old . Room is very spacious and very comfortable. Hotel location is very good because all the supermarket, ATM , restaurant , Metro station etc are very close . Excellent place to stay more time. Thanks 🙏

The hotel is located at a sweet spot, restaurants and shops are walking distance away. The room was good but the furniture needs improvement, the breakfast could have more options

Had a short visit with my wife it’s a decent location with two metro stations in walkable distance, and great arabic cuisines in and around the hotel area.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The toilets were clean. Daily housekeeping service available. The staff is very polite. Location near to metro station. Which makes it easy to travel across Dubai. Kitchen had utensils and microwave facility but the hot plate was not working.

I have booked this as Hotel Apartment. But when I checked in and try to use my kitchen they said they disconnected kitchen service. This is just hotel only. Rooms are good. If you don't have plans to use kitchen then you can go for it. Entrance area have foul smell. They will provide only one complimentary water bottle irrespective of number of day. After that you have to pay for water from next day. They provide 2 beds side by side with 2 different small blankets for me and my wife.

This is my first visit to Dubai, but the staff of Al Manar and the hotel room make this trip as best visit to UAE. I really appreciate and thanks from bell boy to reception staff. Keep up the good work thanks.

The staff there is not at all helpful and very lazy, for everything we had to call and ask like tissue box, slippers. None of the electronics like washing machine and microwave was working, electrician came to fix it. Don't let you check-in early even if the room is vacant, made me sit in the lobby for 2 hours and they don't accept card for security deposit and which tourist comes to hotel from airport, which so much cash in an unknown city? They made me search around the area for an ATM in sunny hot weather, being new there, I didn't know what to do and I was so tired and jet lagged from the flight, still didn't get peace after reaching hotel. I would like to mention Miss Jyoti and Mr. Shyam are very unhelpful.

Rooms are quite good. Location is very close to Al Qiyadha metro Station and DXB Airport. Good one for transit accommodation.

This is located in the heart of the City and accessible to metro Station very near and can be described as cheap and best
