Al Khoory Hotel Apartments, Near Mall of Emirates

Property was good, nicely located, very clean and spacious. However, there are few areas to improve like room service, drinking water availability etc. They used to respond very late on the request.

It was amazing staying there. It's a good apartment nearby good restaurant. Its center to city.

I actually repeated my stay after a couple of years and felt like they were better last time. Some of the basics like even toothpaste , shampoo, conditioner.. nothing atall was there. Body/hairwash was the last thing I was epxecting. Nothing bad, but nothing to wow atall either.

Great location to visit quite a few attractions. housekeeping was very nice, but they should provide for a little disgusting washing liquid for atleast the 1st day

Stay was good, my stay was upgraded as well. I did not face any issue during my stay. Only problem I faced was about the early check in. Though informed earlier I had to wait longer time.

Had a wonderful stay at Al Khoory Hotel Apartments. The staff were very friendly, especially Mr. Afsal from the dining area, whose polite and welcoming nature made our experience even more enjoyable.

Location is close to all the restaurants and 5 to 10 min walk to mall of emirates . You will get a chance to eat out and try at different cuisines . Very friendly staff and clean and neatly maintained property.

Its our second home. Location is good. Many restaurants and super markets are available. Look. I recommend

Overall the stay was ok. All the rooms had coackroaches (one more than the other) which needed a change of rooms. The hotels staff were very nice and helped us a lot with changing rooms, arranging transport, booking cabs and the luggage. All the rating is for their staff service and spacious rooms. Overall it was good. But room service can be much better. Not much indian food options nearby or walkable distance. Ordered food online.

We had an excellent stat at Al khoory . Nice staff spacious and comfortable rooms . Room cleaning could have been done better they were not arranging things just floor cleaning done

Breakfast was amazing, awesome cleaness, hospitality and everything was excellent lobed this hotel.

Overall it was good experience. Clean and neat rooms and kitchen. Staff are friendly and house keeping is good. Room lock was not available so it is bit difficult. Also dnd, clean my room like options was not available. Easy access to metro, restaurants and fancy shops.

It was an excellent stay. A home away from home, very spacious apartment with fully functional kitchen. Feel free to ask for cooking utensils. Breakfast had decent spread, afzal the captain was absolutely amazing in helping us with food for our baby. The cleaning staff was also great in keeping our two bedroom apartment spick and span everyday. The location is also great, very close to the mall of emirates. Grocery stores & restaurants just outside the property. Highly recommend especially for families with kids.

Very nice experience. Nice hospitality and very near to metro station. Value for money. All the staff is very polite and especially front desk staff is very good and always available for help

Everything was perfect as we expected except the grace period to vacate.

Good parking space. Rooms were good in size. Experienced delayed in room service. Very less options(only 1) in breakfast specially for vegetarians. Food quality was average. Room kettle wasn't working. No toiletries provided. Overall it was an average stay.
