Arabian Dreams Hotel Apartment Bur Dubai

The property is located in a nice peaceful area and had spacious functional apartments with great service. No restaurant but Careem works very well. Ideal place for stay with family, kids, and elders.

small size of rooms and limited amenities have no option to upgrade due to limited rooms ... loved the hospitality by the staff

Stay was okay. But at 311, ac fan was noisy disturbed the sleep and leaking shower faucet.

Our stay at arabian dreams resort was both comfortable and convenient. The property is ideally situated on 24th street. The staff are courteous, helpful, and professional, and the housekeeping service is both efficient and effective. Most importantly, the hotel is clean and meets all the needs of tourists. Additionally, there are indian restaurants within a 2 to 3-minute walk that easily cater to food requirements. Overall, our experience has been excellent.

It’s good family stay especially when kids to be taken care with kitchen etc. Staff is very professional. Gym would have been better

since I checked in nothing was ready as per instructions. the basic needs like washing machine and hot plate was not there they have provided the induction stove. Bed they have provided single bed. I have booked it for family. my 2 days got spoiled and I have to adjusted for 2 days. I asked them extension as my plans was bit changed but they were not clear till last moment. unfortunately I have to move to different hotel on last day. worst service.

From booking to query update customer care provided information which was very helpful. Had wonderful experience and was pleasant stay.

Very good property and service was excellent. Only thing which needs a re-look is the food from patiala ( exact name needs to be checked) for which the menu card is there in the rooms. The food was " horrible.

The hotel was good but make my trip booking was terrible experience. I was asked to pay 25, 000 rs for the baggage while coming back from abu dhabi, just because make my trip did not confirm my baggage in flight. Very bad experience with make my trip

Horrible, unhygenic, unhealthy-did not stay at the property. Suffocatingly smelling of pest control. Coackroaches roaming inside the rooms, on kitchen platform, i will think twice before booking through make my trip henceforth. Ensure hygiene as a minimum for properties being offer-red on make my trip platform or else mm t may will loose loyal customers like me.
