Dubai Marriott Hotel Al Jaddaf

Made us wait for 1-1.5 hour for check in. Location of the hotel is ok and the breakfast buffet can have more options.

Very bad service hotels don’t stay any one please ignore every customer

Everything is fine except the tv is outdated. Can't connect my phone to it

Good experience

Although the rooms and other services were very good, the food (specially bfast) was below average. Quality, wait time and spread was not of marriott level.

We face one issue as we booked room with king size bed, but they provide us twin beds. They said no more availablity. Then we requested them to make it's together, they refused. Said housekeeping people will not be ready to do. Actually we tried to connect them after booking to prepare ahead before we reaching there, so that to make sure everything as per your requirement. Unfortunately it was group call and not able to connect particular hotel reception/reservation team.

I had a wonderful stay at marriott. The experience was truly exceptional, and the service was top-notch. The staff was very attentive, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. Overall, a great experience!

We had a great time at the dubai marriott hotel. The rooms were spotless, and the service was on point. They had a buffet with everything you could ever want.

facilities were okay . breakfast could have been better. most of the stuffs were finished before one hour of breakfast . other than than it was all 😌

Even-though i booked a king room, the room given did not have tub. The room was smaller compared to other king room which was given to my friends in the same booking

I came with my family with kids its a beautiful property with the view of burj khalifa my kids enjoy a lot here. Food is also very good

House keeping has not cleaned my room on the 2nd day, as i had to go out in the morning i was not able to request for cleaning and nobody bothered to clean yoo

I booked my room then when I arrive they told me there is no water in wash room and WC ! And. I have to wait 5 hours to fix this problem.

An ok place to stay or your holidays, not so great up to the level of a five star property. Location not so great, little away from the main streets of dubai. Check in took very long time for no reason. Food is good, breakfast with good spread, ideally for indians. Room finish is nothing great.

Arrogant behaviour by staff named sagar from breakfast venue and amita from reception. Very rude and insulting way of speaking. I had already complained to their manager. Kindly look into the issue. Very disappointing experience
