Terrible Stay

I do not recommend this hotel. The building is very old and poorly maintained. Surprisingly, there was no telephone in the room — which made it difficult to contact the reception. We had to use our mobile phones or send messages for any requests. We asked for two extra pillows, but they simply told us that this service was not available and didn’t provide any. We also requested shampoo around noon, and they brought it late in the evening. Overall, the lack of basic amenities and poor service made our stay very disappointing.
