Marina Hotel Apartments

Many things amiss, after paying a hefty amount they can’t provide the family with adjust a water bottle per day during stay. Poor maintenance and even hair dryer was out in order. Major disadvantage of this property is except first day, they don’t even provide guests with basic water bottles. Also wardrobes, electronic equipment, like hair dryer, etc. not working. For 4 persons only one bathrobe has been given. In a nutshell maintenance is not good and behaviour also bit impolite.

It was a wonderful stay. Very much spacious, super clean , everything well maintained. Feel like a sweet home in Dubai with amazing views of the Marina yachts moving by. Will definitely come back.

The location is great but lacks amenities

Excellent location, neat, clean & well maintained property. Security round the clock very well behaved. Staff very courteous. Sr Manager humbled & full of positivity, ready to listen any kind of requirement you have. Superb value for money.

Place was excellent. Unit allotted was very nice, cosy and having excellent view that can be enjoyed by sitting peacefully. We found staff very polite.

I booked the 2bhk apartment and had the best experience. The staff was really great and helpful. The apartment is equipped with all the facilities and will make you feel at home. Location of the property is spot on perfect for anything and everything you are gonna need. And the marvelous surrounding of marina walk, which you can enjoy by just taking the elevator down. Overall, beautiful place & perfect location!

I made a booking for 2 days but i left after 1 day because the terrible costumer service of the hotel. The receptionist called mohamed was very rude with us! and when we asked for the manager he said that he is the boss in the hotel, the requested his name and he said my name is just mohammed, very rude guy for real. Absolutely disappointed about the hotel. That's because we left one day before.

Marina hotel apartments is beautifully located overlooking marina drive. The apartment is very spacious and well maintained. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. Location is also ideal, close to palm jumeriah, the mall of emirates, dubai mall, ibn battuta mall.
