“I was initially impressed by the appearance and amenities when booking this place, but our experience quickly went downhill. At check-in, the host at the reception took an unusually long time to find our booking, and then we were hit with a surprise—a demand for a 1000 AED security deposit (about 23,000 INR) in cash, which seemed excessive for a prepaid booking. The room itself was fine, and the stay was average. However, things took a sour turn during checkout. We had requested a late checkout, which was approved for an additional 100 AED. But as we were leaving, a security guard approached us, claiming that we had made the towels dirty and insisted on deducting 300 AED for this. He spoke to us in an unprofessional and rude tone, which left us feeling scammed and very upset. After this confrontation, the manager finally called and waived the extra charges, but by then, the experience had already spoiled our mood. Unfortunately, it seems this isn’t an isolated incident, as we found many Google reviews describing similar issues. I would advise others to be cautious when staying here to avoid unexpected charges and a disappointing experience.”
