The best was the spa it was heaven. The cuisine was excellent as there was a lot a variety and tasted great.the housekeeping was good too

We have already raised cancellation requests which is approved by hotel reservation also but make my trip is mentally torchering us by not provide due to the fact that the booking has been confirmed by MMT via Expedia. Its an ongoing joker circle befooling people looting clients resources and hard earned money. Out legal team ill sue MMT of bunch of lies and fraud

Hotel zabeel saray charged room rent of aed 1674 again to my forex card, despite that i paid in advance. You should look in the matter seriously

It was my anniversary and the hotel try the best to let us enjoy. They got 2 cake for us and macarons.what ever I needed was here in 5 minutes. The butler was very helpful.

Overall satisfaction! we had good experience of food, rooms and location of hotel. We enjoyed our stay.

Though the property is beautifully designed with an amazing architectural view but the staff working there is not efficient and their electronic system is bad, I had to visit reception 3 times a day to request for the key as everytime it stopped working. View is beautiful but as soon I opened the balcony door the AC stopped working 😑and it was too hot to even stand for 2 mins in balcony for anytime of the day. Reception staff just try and keep trying to sell other different packages which is again a irritating point SPA access was a nice experience. The Indian restraunt food & staff is good. AND YES, pls keep atleast 30 mins for check in or check out even if the staff is handling only 2 customers that moment, they are tooo slow or not knowledgeable enough to handle customers.

One of the best properties of jumeirah group and dubai. I have been to many 5 stars in uae but the hospitality and feeling of comforts zabeel saray provides is exceptional. The staff is one of the best in dubai hotel industry.

It’s a good place. However there is a need to setup lock system at the washroom. And need a taxi service from the hotel. People have to wait to get a taxi. I would rate this place 5 star.

By far the best hospitality i have received. I celebrated my birthday birthday staycation with family and we left with our hearts full. Thank you, jumeirah zabeel saray.

everything is awesome. if you are from india and vegetarian you have very limited options (do not go for with breakfast option). for traveller's with kids, it is a good place.
