Swissôtel Al Ghurair

The hotel is very conveniently located adjacent to Al Ghurair Mall in Diera and next to Metro station. Locality is vibrant with lot of restaurants around offering a variety of cuisine and full of life till late night. My room was big enough offering good views of the creek. Best part is the hospitality and warmth of all the people associated with the hotel. Mr. Diab at the reception took extra special care to make sure my stay was perfect. Will surely go back.

it was a very good and comfortable stay at the hotel.facilities were top notch .room was perfect for 3 kids and 2 adults .swimming pool and spa were very nice too .hotel is located very near to metro and has all the restaurants at walking distance

SWISSOTEL is very well located adjacent to Al Ghurair Mall in Diera. Rooms are big enough and comfortable. Lots of restaurants around offering a wide variety of dining facilities and open till hours. Overall very happy with the hospitality and attention everyone showed to make sure that my stay was perfect. Particular mention to the lady at the reception Ms. Alyssa who took special care of all our request and requirements. Will surely go back again

It was a pleasant day at the hotel. The breakfast was really good. They had a wide variety of dishes. The facilities were good. The pool was great was perfect temperature for my six month old baby. Thank you for having us.

premium hotel stay and fantastic location

the room was good, but the amenities weren't, the TV was not a smart TV couldn't connect or watch anything on it, there were no bathrobes as mentioned in the amenities and in our stay I had mentioned 2 people still all the things in the room were of 1 people, we expected something great as it was in MMT Luxe and a 5 star hotel also the amount that we paid for and the things we got was very different

It was indeed an excellent experience worth staying in the hospitality. I enjoyed every second staying there. The mall below the hotel played the role of cherry on top. Overall a truly recommendable hotel for stay at dubai

Amazing stay! i stayed here for 5 nights. Very cooperative staff! the only thing that needs improvement is their housekeeping service, it really takes them 3 hrs to get fresh glasses despite repeated calls! rest awesome stay with swissotel al ghurair!

Good stay for a 5 star hotel. We had breakfast and it was good. Hopefully they will consider late checkout for those customer who check in late.

I stayed for two nights this time , I’m always up to steam bath it was under maintenance, the next day I called the receptionist and ask if issue has been solve( He contacted the maintenance manager and fix it ) I would like to suggest to management to provide better hair dryer ionic your dryer damage our hair 😌
