I’ve always had a great time staying at this hotel. The cleanliness is consistently excellent, and the overall service has been reliable. I just would like to address some concerns and issues: * The club music can get too loud at night — even on the 4th floor, the bass can be strongly felt, which affects the rest. * I also hope that the hotel management will be more flexible with their visitor policy. Coming from Abu Dhabi, this trip is my only chance to meet friends in Dubai, and it was exhausting having to go out instead of simply letting them visit me in my room because they were not permitted entry, even after assuring that they would not stay overnight. I hope these concerns can be addressed to enhance the experience for future guests.

This hotel is always one of my go-to options whenever I’m choosing a place to stay in Dubai. I come from Abu Dhabi quite often, and this hotel never disappoints. Comfortable, convenient, and reliable every time. I’ve stayed at this hotel a couple of times now, and each visit has been a consistently great experience. The check-in process is always smooth and quick—done in under 10/15 minutes. All the rooms I’ve stayed in have been clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff are kind and provide excellent customer service. I’d like to especially thank Santosh for being so accommodating and attentive to my request. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

This hotel is also one of my go-to places in Dubai, because im coming from Abudhabi and it’s hard for me to look for a good place to hotel in dubai but good thing i found this hotel. It’s consistently relaxing and clean, which makes for a great stay every time. What I truly appreciate is the service; whenever I needed anything, they were just a call away, always attentive to my requests. I felt so comfortable here, like I was staying at home. The Filipina receptionist on shift during my checkout was especially kind, even though our interaction was brief. I’ll definitely be returning to this hotel in the future!

“Disappointing Visitor Management Experience

I recently stayed at this hotel for three nights, and overall, my experience was quite positive. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean and spacious, and the room I stayed in was very comfortable and well-maintained. The only issue I encountered was the extremely strict visitor policy. I had traveled all the way from Abu Dhabi and this was my only opportunity to meet with my friends in Dubai, but I was deeply disappointed by the way the reception staff handled the situation. One of the receptionists, who was a fellow Kabayan, even mentioned that they would ask security to escort my friends out of the room, which felt unnecessary and overly dramatic. They kept insisting that the room was booked for a “couple,” and I failed to understand why visitors were not allowed, especially after assuring them that my friends would not stay overnight. This was the only hotel where I had such an issue with visitors. While the overall service was acceptable, I do hope that the reception staff will improve communication and approach the visitor policy in a more reasonable manner next time.
