Lotus Grand Hotel

The only plus point of staying here is location is nearby metro and bus stop but other than that everything thing is not so good. zero service, they cleaned my room only one time in my 6 days of stay, even after multiple requests they were least bothered. receptionist there ms. sonali is way too rude. they even charge for empty bowl and spoon. I don't recommend this hotel

The hotel location is strategically good, however the room was average. The food cost was really high compared to other hotels.

Overall amazing the front office staff if so friendly. The room is good only the washroom is very small. IRD menu pricing is changed every time they charge for everything.

Air conditioner is very loud. We complained but they told us all room air conditioner same and Bed management. We told why you put different images There answer is we not put images on that.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which offers all the necessary amenities in the room for a comfortable experience. The front office team was incredibly cooperative and helpful, making check-in and any requests a breeze. The only downside was the linens, which could use an upgrade. Overall, everything else was great, and I’d recommend this hotel for a convenient and enjoyable stay!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, very convenient and close to everything. The place is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff are friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. It’s truly a good hotel in a good place, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

All are fine except the room just have toiletries for one person even I booked for 2 ,we only have 1 towel ready in the room ,also we cannot use the tv ,we planned to watch Netflix but even you tube is not working .

Lotus Grand Hotel Al Rigga – Amazing Stay! I had an amazing experience at Lotus Grand Hotel Al Rigga. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and to my surprise, they had a smart TV, which was an unexpected and delightful touch

I was quite disappointed with my stay at this property. The hotel does not look like the pictures advertised online. They seem to be understaffed, and the service was not friendly or welcoming. There was no fridge in the room upon arrival, and we had to request one. Utensils also came with an extra charge, which felt inconvenient. The pool was not as shown in the photos, and overall, the room did not smell pleasant and was not properly tidy. I expected a much better standard for the price and would not recommend this property.

I was disappointed with the parking situation during my stay. Although the hotel mentions that parking is available, it was not provided to guests upon arrival. Instead, security personnel directed me to use RTA public parking, which was inconvenient and unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. Clear and honest communication about parking availability is essential, and I hope the management addresses this issue for future guests.

We had a truly wonderful stay at your hotel. From the moment we checked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making my stay very relaxing. What impressed me the most was the genuine hospitality and professionalism of the entire team, always ready to assist with a smile. I felt very well taken care of throughout my stay.
