good stay and clean rooms and nice ambience near to metro............nice.

The hotel has potential, but the cleanliness was below expectations. The room was dusty, and the bathrooms were not properly cleaned. I hope the management pays more attention to housekeeping, as cleanliness is very important for guest comfort.

The service is very very poor. The Boy in the front was so rude he doesn’t know how to handle the guest. I booked a superior room and asking to give me 1 king bed but he is insisting the tripled bed. For the housekeeping I asked 3 times for bath towels since I check in they just gave it to me in the morning. So I took shower without using bath towels.And Lastly the food 🤢🤮 no taste at all. This is the worst hotel and worst treatment I receive md from the staff.

First i can see make my trip price break up page to be pay at property 10 aed the receptionist took from me 15 aed. second i just went downstairs for breakfast no one say anything i start to have my breakfast the end one lady staff come nd say you have to pay card or cash i ask her when i come in restaurant why don’t you informed me that i have no included breakfast after i done she said you have to pay so it’s a like a trap, she should check gust name and room number whoever comes to have breakfast any new guests they don’t know about breakfast included or not

Customer service is very bad . A heavy drilling was going on the next room and i couldn’t sleep .. and i call reception.. they replied me tell to make my trip

I had a great experience during my stay. The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a long day. It's also a good choice for bachelors, with everything you need for a hassle-free stay. The hotel has bar facilities as well, which was a nice bonus. Overall, a pleasant and convenient place to stay!

room is ok , but food is waste , food no quality, in bar some fraud is there,i go to and just sitting 5 min in bar they asking 100 dhiram,i pay that time, there is no way that time and also the tour manageme not in that hotel asking much more money compare with others. I book the dessert saffari 160 dhiram for vip ,he say ok. but i go the saffari in that time they asking extra money for vip, i am really disappointed.

I recently stayed at the Knight Armour Hotel in Dubai for 10 days, and while the hotel has a 4-star rating, my experience felt more aligned with a 2-3 star establishment. Location: It’s situated in a convenient area, making it easy to access key attractions, shopping centers, and public transport. Room Amenities: The room itself was well-equipped with modern amenities. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the overall setup was functional. Food Quality: Unfortunately, the dining experience was a major letdown. The food was consistently poor in quality, and the menu lacked variety. For 10 days, the same dishes were repeated, making meals monotonous and unappetizing. The so-called "orange juice" was a particular low point. It tasted synthetic, with a medicinal flavor that was far from refreshing. It felt like a cheap, artificial substitute rather than real juice. Another significant issue was the cleanliness of the towels provided. They had visible stains and dirt, which was unacceptable for any hotel. It made me question the overall hygiene standards of the hotel.

It’s not 4 star hotel it’s not worth of money

I recently stayed at Knight Armer Hotel, expecting a comfortable and pleasant experience, considering it is advertised as a 4-star property. Unfortunately, my stay was far from that. To start, I was given a completely different room from the one I had originally booked. I had reserved a deluxe room with a view, but was instead assigned a smaller, outdated room that looked nothing like the pictures. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk, they were dismissive and unhelpful, insisting that the hotel was "fully booked" and that there was nothing they could do. Next day the Hotel Manager helped to shifted from the room assigned to the new room which is better than the one we got in the first day. The cleanliness of the room was a major concern. The bathroom had visible stains, and the floor had not been properly cleaned. The towels provided were unwashed and had a musty smell, making me question the overall hygiene of the place. I requested fresh towels, but what I received was barely any better. The overall atmosphere of the hotel did not reflect a 4-star rating. The hallways had an unpleasant odor, and the carpets were worn out and stained. The housekeeping staff seemed overwhelmed and inattentive, as my room was not properly cleaned even after requesting service. Considering the price and the expectations set by the hotel’s rating, I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The lack of proper maintenance, unclean conditions, and poor customer service make it hard to justify ever returning. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quality and comfortable stay.

Respone from reception and house keeping was bad and breakfast was horrible

The property location is good and close to a metro station and many reasonable restuarant close by. However, the food inside is very expensive and lack the taste and rooms lack feel good factor.
