Poor Room Quality with Bad Room services The room quality was poor with very less light facilities inside the room. The room service was also not up to the food. Quality buffet was below standard tasteless food.

Room was old and with poor maintanance.. Room service was very late and unresponsive...Room lighting was very poor as only 2 bed lamps were the only source of light.. washrooms were also not upto the mark

Landmark summit hotel, actually you don’t need a better stay than this place because you would be roaming all the time in Dubai. As there is so many places to cover. They charge you a decent price not too costly. Hotel rooms are cozy, well lit, room service available 24/7. Breakfast provided was also very good. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

The breakfast was good but the menu was limited. And also chef Nitin has really good hand on omlet. The location of the property was really good, it was walking distance from Al Rigga metro station. The water pressure in shower was not good. They should at least keep a glass and a spoon in the room.

Hotel is good but washrooms are lousy with Bath tub leakage problem despite of changing room. Besides we found Bed bugs on our bed twice

Overall experience is good. Housekeeping staffs are polite & very helpful. The room infrastructures can be maintained by proper routine maintenance to avoid unnecessary situation during guest stay. Otherwise it was a nice stay

I was quite disappointed with my experience, especially considering this is a 4-star property. It's disheartening to be asked to pay for something as basic as water. I had higher expectations for the level of service and amenities.

Mr Abdul rehman from front desk is really very great manager though our staff he helped us . Very professional very smiling

Ac was nit working. I had a terrible stay there. After complain no one solve my issue. They cam late night to change me room. Never recommend to anyone stay there.

Service is not upto the mark. Rooms are okay. We have told then we'll do early check in but then too we have waited for almost 2 hours in reception.

Staying and there hotel services are good. Good hotel to stay for 10days trip with family. Walkable distance to al rigga metro station.

Average stay, delayed room service, sometimes no response at all. The location is the only plus, but it's not worth it to be honest. Food options are very limited too, and customer service is below average.

i requested to stay until 2pm then suddenly they call me at 11 am and tell me to pack up because they are having lot of guest...i feel i'm not a guest also that time😅

Water leakage, not good service and reply, hot water issue. Lots of issues. It's very bad experience.
