Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights Hotel

It was a pleasant stay at the hotel. The check in and check out was very smooth. The breakfast spread was quite impressive. Had a lot of fun.

The location is good check in time is 2 pm but when we reach the hotel they told its 3 pm, after requesting they gave us but mismatched time.... breakfast is not good, limited veg items They can't provide cutlery ( spoons and plates) for free, they was asking charges for that... We needed to keep the milk of my baby in the fridge, but the fridge was locked They said that keeping it in the fridge is also chargeable, But the good thing is we requested a one hour late check out and they agreed that, that's a good thing, In the room, many things are not kept like toothbrushes and towels, we need to ask every time food is too costly in a hotel, i like prompt service, but so much of commercialized.

The room amenities had to be requested and were very limited, breakfast spread was average and the coffee shop at the lobby was a disaster, trying to loot guests with below average food.

One of the best hotel in dubai creek..very close to metro station .also the staf is very good and helpful..mr tanish the cheff of sufra reataurant is very helpful..my dad is diabetic but he took ultra care of him and gave him the best food ...guys pls go for this hotel only in dubai...other hotel experience like majestic and all my experience was bad

had a wonderful stay at this property! The location was perfect — close to everything I needed and easy to reach. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always greeted me with a smile. The food was delicious, with a great variety of options every day. I also really enjoyed the amenities, especially the poo, Everything was well-organized and exceeded my expectations. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

It was a delightful stay and the amenities were amazing. The buffet was great including many options for vegetarians as well.

First of all when I booked, I booked room no smoking, but they sent me to rome very smelly of cigarettes, when I did check out, I’m waiting them 30 minutes to send me someone to take my luggage

I travel a lot and have stayed in everything from camps to 5-star hotels, but I’ve never seen such greed from a hotel before. Hyatt Dubai Creek charged me AED 30 just for sending an empty plate and a spoon to my room. At this rate, I wouldn’t be surprised if they charged me for using the air conditioning because I set it to 18°C for 12 hours. Honestly, I’m shocked.I am still staying in the hotel. We recently had the pleasure of staying at Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights, and it was a truly relaxing and luxurious experienc. The hotel’s location is one of its strongest assets—perfectly nestled near the historic Dubai Creek and just minutes from the airport, yet away from the excessive noise and traffic of the city’s busier areas. The access to taxis and metro stations was smooth, making it ideal for both leisure and business travelers. The staff throughout the hotel—from the concierge and front desk to housekeeping and restaurant servers—were exceptionally courteous, prompt, and professional. They were quick to attend to any request, always greeting with a smile and going the extra mile to make us feel welcome. The rooms were spacious, modern, and extremely well-maintained. Hygiene standards were top-notch—linens were crisp, bathrooms spotless, and public areas constantly cleaned and sanitized. We especially appreciated the daily housekeeping and the attention to small details. We had access to the lounge service, which was a wonderful addition. The lounge offered a quiet, sophisticated environment with a curated selection of snacks, beverages, and evening hors d’oeuvres. The staff there were especially attentive and helpful, often anticipating our needs. Food at the hotel was varied and delightful. The breakfast buffet had an extensive range. The on-site restaurants provided plenty of options to explore during our stay, with everything tasting fresh and well-prepared. The amenities—including the spa, gym, and the pool—were clean, well-maintained, and added immensely to the comfort and relaxation of our stay. The security and overall safety of the property were clearly prioritised, and we felt secure at all times. Would definitely return and recommend to families, solo travellers or business guests.

Beautiful room with proper cleanliness and room service. Polite and humble staffs. Location was at a prime location. But, no indian restaurants found walkable near by the hotel.

The breakfast was something that i can say awesome. It was such a nice experience stay at hyatt regency creek heights. The location was also convinient for all the itenaries to do in dubai.

Property’s location is very very good, Service very quickly all Hyatt staff very politely speaking & very helpful My room number is 1510 very big room & addon extra bad for child (4 members are very comfortable) Food are very ossam Thanks make my trip for good advice & low price ❤️
