Treppan Hotel & Suites by Fakhruddin

Due to network issues or some otherwise i had booked for a room for 18 and it was duplicate booking. Still, they get deduct my money around 350 AED twice when I asked them, they’re asking me to contact the Agent or channel partner and now that this hotel is the people who eat the money, nothing more at.

rooms are small but ok if u managed to it. far from city so taxi fare if u add will be cost ineffective. overall ok hotel .

A very good hotel. I've stayed here many times and I'm always happy with everything. The staff is good. The cleaning is also good. Everything is clean and tidy.

Our stay there like 2nd home. My family feeling comfort there. Staff r highly professional specially Mr. Greshan at d reception.

Stay was good but i booked one month before and made a request for higher floor with a good view room. I understand it's subject to availability but at least it should be considerable. When i checked in the room key wasn't working and when i opened the door it was a twin bed as i requested for king size. Then they changed my room and it was ok but i was not happy with the room. I stayed there because i was informed the rooms are sold out. Rest all was good only was little disappointed during check in.

I faced the issue with wifi inside the room.I am not even unable to scan the food menu qr code. Technical team and staffs are not respond about this issue. this is make it bad impact on this hotel

E had a great stay at treppan hotel dubai with a nice view and ambience and a pleasant environment. The hotel is clean and most importantly the staffs were really friendly. I would like to mention staff who was really helped us she is nimesha from house keeping. Highly appreciate her customer service skills.
