This was my 2nd time at the Hotel. It has a quite seamless experience in terms of checking in, whilst the stand out was in room amenities. Balcony views are tremendous and everything seems hassle free from the outset to checking out. Simply outstanding. Always recommended and will definitely be coming again to the same premise.

Due to network issues or some otherwise i had booked for a room for 18 and it was duplicate booking. Still, they get deduct my money around 350 AED twice when I asked them, they’re asking me to contact the Agent or channel partner and now that this hotel is the people who eat the money, nothing more at.

Stay was good but i booked one month before and made a request for higher floor with a good view room. I understand it's subject to availability but at least it should be considerable. When i checked in the room key wasn't working and when i opened the door it was a twin bed as i requested for king size. Then they changed my room and it was ok but i was not happy with the room. I stayed there because i was informed the rooms are sold out. Rest all was good only was little disappointed during check in.

E had a great stay at treppan hotel dubai with a nice view and ambience and a pleasant environment. The hotel is clean and most importantly the staffs were really friendly. I would like to mention staff who was really helped us she is nimesha from house keeping. Highly appreciate her customer service skills.
