Two Seasons Hotel & Apartments

Upon reaching the hotel, the experience was not pleasing. At the front desk, I was clearly informed that the room would not be available before 2 PM as the previous guest had not checked out. Later, when I again enquired about the status, I was told to return at 2 PM because housekeeping was “working on it.” While waiting in the lobby for over an hour, I requested drinking water, but the staff informed me that water would only be available inside the room. When I mentioned that the room was not being given until 2 PM, I was then told that the room was actually ready. This inconsistency was extremely disappointing, and I was surprised that even small water bottles were not offered when a guest requests it at reception. Upon entering the room, the condition was shocking and far from acceptable: The room entrance had torn edges and visible damage.The tiles were stained and looked unclean.The room’s wooden biddings were coming off and visibly popping out. The curtains and sofa were stained and appeared very old. Even the lamps were stained, adding to the poor impression. The bathroom was not properly cleaned; there was hair on the commode. Basic toiletries were not provided, despite raising the issue both in person and over the phone. Only one bottle of water was placed for two adults. Items listed in the booking, such as bathrobes, were also missing.however upon sending out the mail we were moved to another floor on second night where all the basic amenities were well taken care. The very first impression wasn’t great . After raising issues multiple times we were unheard and ut was only after escalating it via mail we were acknowledged. The best part is the location which is undoubtedly the best. Metro being few meters away.

I stayed at this hotel for nearly two months, coming and going each week for about five nights at a time, and it quickly became my home away from home. The staff are absolutely amazing—friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The rooms and common areas are spotlessly clean and well-maintained. I also loved the variety of food options, which made longer stays much more enjoyable. The location is excellent—especially convenient for someone like me traveling for work, with easy access to everything I needed. A wonderful bonus was receiving free upgrades during my stays, which made the experience even more comfortable. Overall, I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough for both business and leisure travelers. I’ll definitely choose it again in the upcoming months

Hotel is average,plate and spoon dirty not clean

Good, friendly staff. I liked the size of the rooms and thoughtful in-room furniture and other arrangements.

This hotel feels like home and i came here to work and everything you need is in this place, cook, washing clothes, good food. Especially Hawaiian pizza is awesome. I would be staying here once i come back to Dubai again.

This is a hidden gem , absolutely fantastic property at Internet city , shaikh zayed road the red line metro station is just outside the hotel . dubai mall/ mall of Emirates direct metro .. the rooms are very clean, had heard reviews of hotel being worn out not true .. the staff is very polite friendly and warm however there is nothing for vegetarian indians for breakfast ., can skip if extra charged.. 4 Star value for money!

This property is near and easy access to dubai internet city metro station. Rooms are very neat and clean also beautiful view of sheikh say-ed road. Overall it is good place for comfortable stay in dubai

The hotel is great. The rooms are decent, the cleam staff is good (small negligible mispahps) didn't have much interaction with any of the other staff, but they seem good too. The reservations manager is a brilliant guy i can explain enough as to how good and hospitable he is. Definitely needs a pat on the back, great guy.

Overall, my stay at two seasons was incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. The sea view room made it a memorable experience, and i would definitely consider returning for another stay. Highly recommended for those looking for a peaceful getaway!

We used to stay at two season from time to time, this was the first time i tried and booked our stay and im not sure if it was because of that that we got a terrible room this time. During checking in, we were asked to pay 308aed. When we asked what was that for, the attendee at the reception said the payment for the room. We were floored how our booking wasnt in their system this has to be acknowledged. As we got inside, first thing we noticed was the throw pillows were on the table all piled there as if. It wasnt done being cleaned yet. First red flag tbh. Then we ignored it since we checked other spaces and its clean. Then we sat on the couch to work on our project but. The couch was wet! we were shocked and was really disappointed. We were wishing it wasnt something. Bad but we were thinking they could have at least spared that room before having a guests to occupy if it wasnt clean or presentable yet. The bed cover wasnt as clean as how it should smell also. We were trying not to overreact or to be so paranoid bcs we do have a lot of work to finish thats why we decided to book a room there for its comfort and spacious room we used to have but all this happened. I was so frustrated with my booking choices.

Stay was awesome, hotel was nice, spacious at good location wonderful!
