Novotel Bur Dubai - Healthcare City

Receptionists took hours to answer calls! We have to do down to check if someone is really working on the reception area since no one is picking our call!!! Worst their staffs and supervisor does not know how to handle conflicts! another costumer's luggage was being placed by their staff near to our belongings so by mistake it was taken by our friend thinking it was ours. They were calling us like we purposely steel the luggage and telling our friend was not in the hotel after he dropped us. They are telling theyve checked the cctv, but did not see our friend went back to the room.He was there all along no one bothered to go to our room and check they just called us telling the police are coming. They should have control over the guest luggage no tags or enough distance to separate each belongings.

Everything is good. Like stuff behaviour, room service and breakfast also. But swimming pool access is chargeable, I think this will be free access for guests.

property location is good not to far form the bustle of Dubai. service was good and the rooms decent.

Very bad experience in this hotel. Late room service and very bad test of breakfast every day I see that breakfast was dirty test less

The service was very bad . Try to call for some amenities and water but no response from housekeeping and not even pick up the call from reception for 5 times. They promised they will bring water and never bring any water . Very bad experience from a hotel like novotel . And there is no conditioner in washroom and not clean the room .

Stay for 8 nights with Very bad experience. House keeping very bad. Towels and toiletries are not kept in the wash room. Every day need to request for these basic amenities. Even after informing, no action taken. Food - very bad. Very limited veg options and also the veg option kept are very bad taste and quality. Even fresh juices provided are mainly water diluted. Room service provided for breakfast but very bad taste and quality. Response to services are very slow and need follow-up. We have stayed in many Novotel property, but this property seems to worst of all hotels stayed till now. Spoiled our stay experience / vacation.

Novotel has a great location which is easily accessible through Metro. Awesome services and good food.

Novotel Bur Dubai was excellent. Central area in Healthcare city. Polite staff. Excellent food. Gym, pool good. Will recommend for Healthcare staff, Doctors and relatives of the patients.

That’s a great great decision to stay in Novotel burdubai, near to metro, u can explore uae from this location, on our right sharjah and on left Abu Dhabi , Indian food is available round d corner, clean rooms , good staff services

The hotel had very average room service, it was delayed every time we asked for something, and the breakfast was average as well, with limited Indian options.

Novotel bur Dubai I stayed there for 5 days and my experience was very amazing Loved their breakfast Service was up to mark

Not great place as per the brand name and price they charge for stay and food ! Food menu though very limited was even tasteless which results higher amount of wastage Room size too smaller comparatively to other hotels in Dubai and very unpleasing toiletries and towels In short not worth the price !

The property is good, the food menu is excellent and the service is good. The hotel is nearby Children park with Dolphins show and Metro. But it is far from the supermarkets and shopping area.
