Location is very convenient, 5 min from metro and superb room service. Staff was very helpful and the food was ok

It was excellent and the rooms were clean also the staffs were very friendly and professional. Finally locating them was not difficult and I surely visit again

Breakfast option is very limited and taste wise its not up to mark...the corridor smells sweaty and rooms also smell....the water in the toilet tank smells pungent.

Average the room was not clean and ac was not working properly

everything was perfect... only one small issue.... some of the reception staff looks down upon the average Indian traveller.... like for instance .... common queries were answered with a mocking grin.... it was very demeaning... the staff members also seemed indian...

As expected from a 4 star hotel, cleanliness, room interior design, ac is the best, the staff are friendly and helpful

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room environment was so good—everything was well organized, clean, and comfortable. The food provided by the hotel was absolutely delicious. I've stayed from jun e 23th to august 21st almost two months at this nice ambience hotel but never expected the management and executives treat their guests like dogs on the day of the checking out: disrespectful attitude asking me to move the car (which belongs to another guest even) prior proper finding out what is the matter the security mr. At-if insisted i should move the car being rude. Once you pay the hotel you're appreciated but the day you check out they show no respect kicking you out in due time like you are not in dubai but as if you an imprisoned convict showing you to the door. What a shame of dusit brand having such a manager who afford this happening: dirty showers in the men's sauna for several months with insects dead on the wall from jun e to september, half of the sunbeds broken from 2023 and the manager does nothing about it while guests can break their necks against such a furniture at the pool. Ac not cooling well enough at the gym for the past months: come on clean the coils and grills but better change the management.

It was very good stay and loved the breakfast soo much, the staff and the manager mr. Adib was really helpfull.

When asked for water ; the hotel says u get onky 2 bottles a day. We were three and it’s so hot for sure we need to consume more water. This was the only disappointment else all is excellent

five star quality in cleaning, hospitality. i have been staying in the 14th floor and housekeeper, sivas (if i remembered his name incorrectly forgive me:)) was always helpful and friendly. room was cleaned always carefully…

Hotel rooms are cozy and comfortable. Room gets cleaned every day. Hotel allows to keep your luggage in their storage room after checking out also. Hotel staff is nice. Breakfast is tasty and lot of variety of food is available.
