Good and excellent stay.

Rooms were uniquely designed but well put together. Breakfast buffet was AMAZING! Check-in and check-out processes were quick, staff at the welcome desk and concierge were helpful.

Good location, beautiful surroundings, good ambiance, room was nice and clean, no one disturbed unnecessarily, polite staff. The only one thing is, at the reception they asked 700 D for security deposit, I’m ok with that, just didn’t understood why charge so much..? Otherwise rest was overall great experience.

It was really a pleasant stay at V hotel. I enjoyed the stay and amenities were really cool so was the food.

Reception of the hotel is on 7th floor room don’t have any amenities cutlery was also chargeable if you order something you have to go on ground floor to collect, bubble bath is written on mmt but when you ask they will decline. Room lights were not working washroom and bathroom lights were not working , at the time when we complaint they told very sorry 30AED that you have to pay for cutlery we will not charge as the compensation.

The property is strategically located and food is fine but my unit was not clean housekeeping team need to clean the rooms properly plus the interior design boards are too old

Didn’t got meal as dinner what I booked… stayed for 3 since 3 days took 42000 as additional charges from me & not paying hotel for meal..
