Fortune Hotel Deira

No free parking , too much of smoking smell inside room and lobby , hotel staff all so not response properly. Main in reception.

Check in and out was smooth, friendly staff and good rooms

Lot of noise coming from night club on ground floor and rooms are below average against the tariff.

The room was neat and tidy, the location is also accessible by metro. But it's also away from the hustle and bustle of deira. The checkout experience was also good there was no lag from the staff's side

The hotel was very good and the staff was also very good. The room was very good and the breakfast was also very good, best for couples and families

Was on business trip found this hotel on make my trip which described hotel perfectly from location to room size and hotel was exactly as seen on mmt, hotel was near to bus and metro stn it was a good stay

Rooms were xl size and v neat and big bathroom basic amenities were intact good staff tam-bi saifullah and rasool

After making booking we were denied check in saying they have some issue with make my trip. We were asked to pay 18 dirham which hotel claimed make my trip had not paid them. After contacting make my trip we didnt any call back and they even didnt cancel my hotel so that i can book some other hotel

The stay was great, staff was very helpful, room was spacious, affordable and with balcony and there is the bar below there named as ‘citrus’ which is good too. Must go.

Everything was amazing and all exciting places were accessible. Excellent hotel room, with friendly room service team and supportive reception.

Rooms are neat and clean, washroom also. I did not try food. Location easy access, except the hotel area surroundings are very crowded. Facilities are average. There are reception rennovation work going on in ground floor

I stayed two nights. It was budget friendly and money to worth. No disturbance, very easy check in and check out. Neat and clean room and wash room. South indian restaurant available near by.

Everything about this place is amazing the staff are amazing the security and really amazing people everything was perfect and i’m looking forward to enjoy more of this again and again thank you so very much my stay was wonderful

The place is good and affordable due to the off season. But i had to suffer ongoing renovation work and it's noise constantly. The staff is well trained except the ones maintaining entertainment clubs at the entrance. This place is good for stags and those who love bars and dance clubs. But for muslim families, i would say spending more on other hotel would be a better decision. Special mention to the bell boy rasul khan and hotel staff mozammil. They're very professional yet wonderful.
