Novotel Suites Mall Avenue Dubai

Really good hotel service great, everytjing was super smooth and also the value for the money was super met

I would like to take time and tell about this hotel is it’s awesome and every facility i have received what they have mentioned in description and very peaceful place i just loved it thank you so much management

I had a terrible checking experience at the Novotel suites in Dubai. Upon reaching the reception, the staff could not find my booking and made me wait for 45 minutes and were too rude to accomodate any requests. The breakfast has almost 0 to minimal vegetarian options and the staff was confused to suggest anything. The room service was also equally late with multiple follow ups to get extra pillows and water. Not recommended at all.

Must include vegetarian food...only one dish is available for vegetarians

Location was great.. Ambience of the hotel was amazing even the facilities were so good...

Breakfast was terrible. Substandard Indian food options. The Upma, poha and idlis were worse than roadside food options in India.

experience was good, the stay was comfortable. Staff was good. Location of property is also good. Being a vegetarian the only problem was food, obviously being an Indian my tastebuds want more spices but they did have fruits. Overall experience was great

I stayed at Novotel Hotel in Dubai and had a great experience. The service was excellent, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant stay—would definitely recommend! :)

I was given a room upgrade however the toilets were weird. there were 2 however cubicles, one bathtub and 1 WC in the room. The toilets were small and barely a person could get inside and close the door

Rooms were clean for most part however we saw one cockroach in cabinet. Breakfast was good and it had different variety.

Intercom was not working . Made complaint , twice technician came but he failed to rectify the problem. Room was average. Requested to change, manager is good in nature but he charged extra 300 AED . On reception the person who was checking in was not perfect . Without intercom , it was very difficult to connect reception/ house keeping . Every time has to come reception for pity things

Had a comfortable stay. Food was good and staff very accommodative. Overall a good experience 👍🏻

Pathetic Furniture at the room, AC not working and Service is of low standard, did not expected this from a Novotel Propery

The hotel location is great. Well connected to metro and bus network as well. Stay was comfortable with spacious and clean rooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful and Service was prompt. Overall we had a great stay.

The only good thing about the hotel was the indian breakfast. Seems highly overpriced. They charge extra even for the baby meals

Overall, our experience at Novotel Suites Dubai exceeded expectations, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in Dubai. The location was good... Staff was very good... and the ice cream cake that they provide for my birthday was very good and kind gesture....

The property was substandard and the breakfast options were way too less for the money we paid. Won’t recommend this property and make my trip to anyone as you are not maintaining the standards. This was a studio room and not at all a suite room.
