Hues Boutique Hotel, Gold Souk

Room conditions were poor, bathroom lights are not enough to do shaving and other activities, furniture is old. We could not stay complete days, we complained to the reception and vacated to another hotel.

The stay was very good. This is the bedroom I stayed in while in Dubai. I slept very peacefully, and the curtains and lights were amazing. I really loved it.

To sleep in this hotel like dream no way, you will never sleep , most of the staff they don’t speak english

I stayed with my family. The room was so neat and clean, parking available. I feel like a vintage room stay. The staffs were so helpful.

If you are a person staying in the room during your vacation. This is not the hotel for you. Rooms are good but entertainment point of view, its really bad. Tv satellite channels are very few. Also, the lighting needs improvement, as this is what i felt. Shaving in dim light, cannot make out if the shave is well done.

The hotel is reasonable enough. The pool timing is from 10 a. M. Onward s which may be a bit earlier as tourist have to go for their tours.

The hotel is conveniently situated near mamzar beach, which is only a 5minute drive away. The airport is also only 20minutes away from the hotel. It is situated right next to al bar-aha hospital, and has a lot of restaurants, groceries, pharmacies, and utility stores at walking distance. The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was very clean and well maintained. I had booked a double deluxe room but was very kindly upgraded to a city view room during chek-in i would definitely stay here again

Booked room through mmt for myself and my son who is 13 yrs. Booking was done almost a month before the visit. When i visited the hotel they denied check in as 13 yr is not child as per their policy and i had to pay 195 dhiram extra. If this was the case then they should not have accepted the booking at the 1st instance itself. Room is good and location is deira which is near to market and gold souk. Almost no indian food available except biryani.

Food averagely good. They did not sorted inspite of informing leakage problem below wash basin. Since near airport will hear flight take off noise every 5mins esp at night. Rooms are good and comfortable.

A pleasant stay with great location in al bar-aha area. The markets and souk are nearby with good connectivity to bus and metro as well.

The only good thing about this hotel was the staff. Beautiful and kind souls. The hotel needs some serious upkeep. If the management is willing i can consult for a fee.

Rooms are very nice with soothing ambience and are well maintained. Breakfast buffet has many vegetarian choices. Location is convenient as there are many restaurants, super market nearby. Only 1. 5 km from metro station.

The visit was fantastic. Staff is very cooperative especially the housekeeping staff. Peaceful amd calm. Rooms waa extra ordinary clean.

They were a bit rude to my guest they won't accept copy of passport which was a bit embarrassing since i had invited someone and they refused access to my room
