Hotel location is near the Airport. However, Hotel surrounding is very noisy and shaddy. Hotel rooms are in very bad condition, cockroaches, broken shower etc.. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone

Overall the hotel cleanliness was really pathetic. I wonder how is it a 3 star category, the reception area was stinking, the waiting area was bad and sofas were not clean at all. The charging sockets in the room were not working, had to call the person at 11 PM and then he adjusted with tv socket to charge the phone. Overall not a pleasant experience for stay and definitely not recommended to anyone! The gym was not in the hotel premises but was in another branch about 300 mts from the location, like seriously! This is very poor standards

It's an old property. Need refurbishment. House keeping and cleanliness is good. Location is good. breakfast buffet is very very average. No much options. No variety. Same things repeated on daily basis. Reception and the lobby area is very very small.

lets talk about the location. the only advantage this hotel has is its location. its right next to baniyas square metro station in deira. The rooms are clean but the furniture is broken. the study table drawer just came on my foot when i was trying to open it. The shower cable was leaking. I didnt took the room with food, so i cannot review on food. Overall its a good place to stay in the center of the city with shopping around.

The hotel is in the middle of downtown Deira , Dubai. It is located very near to Beniyas metro station The hotel is good for business travellers as it is in the middle of the market. The rooms are neat and clean, though the property in itself is an old one.
