Gulf star hotel, Deira

The location was good , easy access to most places in deira. The amenities were not good the locker was broken and no towel. The service at the front desk is very bad.

Worst room and there is no kitchen in hotel! And also they had tonns of cockroaches in room dead and alive

Terrible hotel and rude staff

Receptionist manager behaviour is very rough, bath tap was leaking, overall very bad experience in golf star deira

The hotel location is not update and rooms are not clean its very bad smell and not hygenic. Then staff are behavior is very bad

They put wrong location of the hotel and phone numbers. It's located in the middle of the area where ladies can feel unsafe. If you're a solo traveller lady don't book here. Room looks clean but the beddings are unwashed. You can even smell the armpit and dried saliva in their pillows and sheets.

Bes size not comfortable to stay for couple and also not provided extra bed for child and same knows very well. Even informed also not arranged.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at gulf star hotel for six days as part of a training program in dubai. While i appreciate the hotel's location and some aspects of your service, i felt it was crucial to share my experience during my stay, which was far from satisfactory. The presence of bed bugs, unprofessional receptionists, persistent late-night noise disturbances, a lack of cleanliness, and an unfavorable atmosphere in and around the gulf star hotel greatly impacted my overall stay. I believe it's crucial for a hotel of gulf star's caliber to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and guest comfort. I hope that you take this feedback constructively and consider these issues as opportunities for improvement.

There was no towels in the bath room. Furniture are very old.

Bed full of cockroach no clean room, very dirty floor waste of money

The rooms are very good, cleanliness is well taken care of, the staff here is very co-operative, they clean the rooms from time to time, the service is very good.

My recent stay at the above mentioned hotel left me with a mixed impression that i feel compelled to share. While the ambiance and location had their metrics, certain issue with their ac, room lighting, and overall cleanliness were disappointments that marred what could have been a more pleasant experience.

This hotel don’t have have wifi don’t have normal water and they don’t do room service as well every day
