Hotel ambients are okay, and value for money, but to much cockroaches are there. Smell. Hospitality and support from staff, good and appreciated.

Location is within congested area of daira dubai, next to gold souk area. Very limited twin room area. Bathrooms must be upgraded and avoid bathtub in this rooms. This person has demanded cash and credit card payment was not allowed. Best regards, laxminarayana rao

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at hotel. Although I checked out three days ago, the issues I encountered during my stay have compelled me to bring them to your attention. Firstly, the condition of the room was far from satisfactory. The cleanliness was severely lacking – the floors appeared unvacuumed, the bed linens were stained, and the bathroom had an unpleasant odor. This left me with a poor impression from the moment I checked in. In addition, the amenities provided were subpar. The air conditioning in the room was not functioning properly, the Wi-Fi connection was intermittent at best, and the toiletries were not replenished during my stay. For a hotel that claims to offer a premium experience, these basic issues were unacceptable. Furthermore, I found the attitude of the staff to be quite unprofessional. My concerns regarding the room were met with indifference, and despite raising these issues with the front desk, no corrective action was taken during my stay. This lack of responsiveness and care for guest satisfaction is deeply troubling. I hope you will take the necessary steps to address these shortcomings, as they greatly affected my overall experience. I hereby request a refund for the days I haven’t stayed

First of all the location. As it is centrally located in deira. So people coming here for shopping can find it convenient. The room allotted to me was very congested. No place to walk in the room. There were small cockroaches in the room. I killed many, but they continue to appear from the furniture. Water is provided only during the time of chek in. U have to buy your own water for rest of the stay. No coffee mugs nor coffee pouch were provided by the hotel. I suggest this place who wants to stay in centre of sabkha and go shopping.

Bugs and dirty room and hotel i can’t believe this hotel in dubai if you have car never book 3 hour look for parking and pay a lot
