Saffron Hotel Dubai

1 From make my trip the conformation email was sent to two hour late. 2 Rooms are very small and unclean

Very poor experience during checkout I didn’t used any mini bar item but they charged me for that I don’t know who did mistakes but I keen and I told to them but they don’t want to believe so next time please remove ur mini bar before check in this hotel

excellent stay property was clean and neat i enjoyed my vacation all the access for near by overall good experience

perfect location and stay was comfortable everything was neat and clean and the staff was friendly.

Very nice hotel. The rooms are clean and amenities are complete. The staff are friendly and helpful. Wifi is strong.

Worst hotel in dubai. The room was dirty old and broken, nothing works even wifi sucks, water was brown and smelly in the faucet and shower,and theres leaking in the roof in the toilet, the bed was broken and tear down, service not good except the elder bell boy and the indian lady in the reception. The indian supervisor was rude. The location was ok coz it was close by metro station.

Very friendly staff (Reception ,Housekeeping ,Security ) , express check in check out,clean & quite room good for couple ,fair price,room facility also good ,everything good .Near by metro,24hrs supermarkets

Helpfull staff and nice room

The hotel is not clean, the bed sheets, the bathroom so discusting, I didn't even complete my stay and I left at night, the location is amazing of course it's in the heart of Dubai, and all needed services around is so easy to get it, but hotel it self not good

Location is good, amenities are really not good at all, not clean, bathroom not clean, even i couldn't sleep over there and i left at 9 pm same day

Good stay location also very comfortable because near metro station Eassy to access mall and transport

It was very dirty, they didn't clean the glasses, it smelled bad, the staff were rude, their looks were not nice, they were frowning, it was very smelly and dark.
