IBIS still doesn't match the standard of IBIS. Breakfast menu is very limited. Generally IBIS has a time 4am to 10.30am. But here it's 7.30am to 10.30am. Breakfast was Cold. There is no parking available in this hotel

Located centrally in Diera, Dubai, it sits adjacent to the Gold Souk. The location is great if you want to spend time walking in the gold and spice souk. One can reach the Heritage Vilage by walk and a ferry which is great for the evening. It's less than a kilometre from the Metro stations. The breakfast spread could be better. Amenities could be better.

The system of luggage carrying i saw first time it’s very bad system that hotel management has kept, hotel smells very bad, no bell boy in hotel no any services from 10:30 pm to morning they provides separate bed room for couple, that was disgusting worst experience in my life worst hotel worst staff. My mobile respect will come down if i capture this worst hotel picture in my phone

Room is ok, but your service is not good.

Rooms were neat and clean. Restaurant service was good. Most of the staffs were good and professional. But some staffs were rude and disrespectful. Felt very discriminated. They were wearing black suits and a receptionist. Even though i was paying for the stay, they treated me like they were giving a favour. But this attitude was towards some nationality only.

Right from the hotel location to the services and the staff, our overall experience was delighful. The hotel's proximity to gold souk abd al ras as well as gold souk metro stations made commute a breeze. The food options in the hotel are decent but there's a scope of improvement. The staff is super helpful and always greets you with a smile.

Was not allowed check in because mmt didn't send booking details and it's hotel and mmt responsibility to refund or allow check in but was denied check in at night was no courtesy while in international roaming where to call how to stay where to stay this was the situation. If i don't get justice i'm taking makemytrip to court

Decent interiors, absolute cleanliness, good support staff. Breakfast option is outsourced to a restaurant l, pathetic taste and no fresh food served with breakfast buffet.
