staff is good as every stay not bad for the price the food is okey but some rules from them resto not good like cant order more than 1beef like we both have allergy to chicken thats it over all okey

The ambience of the hotel was not good and there was an issue with the heater. No change of towels in the room until we call them and request. No proper response from the reception.

It was clear that they were not invested in providing even basic levels of customer satisfaction. In short, my experience at the GSS Palace Hotel was a disaster. The hotel's failure to honor my booking, combined with their uncooperative staff and lack of basic amenities, makes them a hotel to avoid at all costs. I would strongly advise against booking a room at this hotel. Instead, consider alternative options that prioritize customer satisfaction and provide basic levels of service.

The food at the turkish restaurant near gss palace was excellent. While the toilet cleanliness of the gss palace was poor.
