MD Hotel Dubai

The location, food and amenities are great. I couldnt as for more. And the service is very good. Availability makes us win their service.

In short everything were ok special rooms are big i liked. And staff marium in host and bellboy staff egyptian old men was friendly and supportive persons. Room lobby and all way were clean and tidy. And best i like hotel have big lobby. And lift are also well operated. I always used to come this hotel because it's feel like family place take care by all way.

All other things are good but almirah door was broken. Main gate security chain also broken when i open gate chain with side pannel fell down

I recently stayed at md hotel in dubai and had an overall pleasant experience. The hotel is well-situated, providing easy access to metro and business districts in the city. From the moment i arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The room was spacious, and impeccably clean. I particularly enjoyed the comfortable bed and the stunning view of the dubai skyline from my the roof top. The amenities were excellent, including a well-equipped gym and a rooftop pool that offered a relaxing escape from the bustling city below.

It was a nice stay. Easy transportation and access to other vicinity in the area. The room are spacious

Really bad experience from the staff at the reception named angela. My wife recently joined a job in dubai and her visa was in process. So she had no physical copy of passport and didn't get her emirates id. But we had the entry permit and passport copy. But the receptionist was very adamant that she could check us in with a passport or emirates id and was not willing to even check our other documents. I couldn't cancel my room because it was too late and we were stranded there at night without a place to go. This was a really frustrating experience for us.

Property was good, staff was friendly and rooms were clean. Amenities, safety and hygiene, food, staff everything was worth.

Hotel house keeping is good.. they collected tourism fee 60 AED, while coming they did not refund… the check out day I asked water bottle they denied to give one water bottle.. imagine how this they serve as injustic to the customers

It was very good stay i like the hotel very much next time for sure we will come again specially the staff at the reception was very helpful thanks to mr tanveeer for guiding us

I will say this is best location at dubai metro & host's all cute nice and helpful. Marium and others also. I think all host's staff from russian boundaries country i liked this strategy. All host's staff speak good english and russian. This hotel big lobby and rooms are big and quite. I did stay 8+ times in two years, i loved this place. Customer service of this hotel is best in that area.

Pool was perfect, there should be shade on pool. Food was good location was nice enjoyed the vocations
