Very good service and facilities. Enjoyed the stay a lot. The room was very clean, comfortable and cozy.

Everything was absolutely okay. One thing I just need to mention is that room service takes a little bit of time. You can have a greater variety of food at breakfast. Just two observations: everything was absolutely superb. Great staff, great security, a very nice room with a lovely view, which made my entire trip memorable.

Moderately priced. Easily accessible in Deira. Though old, it's reasonably well maintained. But not upto a five star hotel now. Gym is spacious but access is awkward. Housekeeping to be improved. Breakfast is also good.

This was my third stay at Knight Castle Dubai within the past three months, and I’m delighted to see the consistent improvements each time I return. The hospitality is exceptional, starting right from the front office. A special mention to Joel, whose warmth and helping hand truly made my stay more comfortable. F&B both quality and service is very good, and the service remains excellent even when the hotel is fully occupied. Suresh stands out with his gentle nature and friendly interaction with guests, which is very much appreciated. The HK are also commendable. Kushal and his supervisor, Rana Madam, went above and beyond in assisting me throughout my stay. Their dedication to guest comfort is worth highlighting. Overall, this hotel delivers a great experience with consistent service quality, friendly staff, and noticeable improvements. I would definitely recommend Knight Castle Dubai to anyone looking for a comfortable and hospitable stay.

The hotel was okay, not great. The rooms were clean and decent, though they felt a bit old. The morning buffet was good, but the service was disappointing — our room wasn’t cleaned for two days, and only after raising the issue with the front desk was it finally cleaned on the third day. The location is a bit far from the main tourist attractions, and taxis can be quite expensive. However, it’s convenient if you plan to shop around Deira or Bur Dubai. Overall, for the price I paid, it’s a decent hotel in terms of facilities and location, but the service really needs improvement.

The stay was absolutely amazing. The bed was very comfortable, the room was well-maintained, and housekeeping did a great job every day. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. Will definitely return.

Best hotel friendly staff and soft check in process, swiming pool is located at very good locations, food also very good and specially for Indian tourist,

The hotel is old and the smell its not good. Also in the bed its itchy. They are not maintaining the cleanlinesss, there are cockroaches

The location of the property was excellent. It had essential amenities like restaurants, variety, and a touristic world. Getting around was easy, especially with parking.

A massive thanks to the reception team, especially Joel, who accommodate us al throughout our stay. He even ensure all is well with us before his shift ends. In terms of their Room, super nice, comfy, quiet and luxury. In terms of their food, we had only the breakfast buffet, foods are great, I love the turkey bacon, different variety of fruits, cheese and even starters. Chefs are roaming around ensuring buffet area are filled every time. Will definitely bring my family here again soon! ❤️

The staff and ambions and hotel responsibility towards us and taking care was very much usefull and we both are happy for the knight castle... When we are back to Dubai we would like to go with you, without any 2 thought

Check in was not allowed at 2 PM. I had to wait till 3:30 PM for check in. Swimming pool was not open at 9 AM.

Wifi is not working tv as well and I asked for smoking, it’s not available even i paid extra for exclusive room

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and made sure we felt comfortable throughout our visit. The location was also perfect—convenient and close to major attractions. A great experience overall!
