It was a pleasunt and memorable stay the location of property is with in reach of the attraction sites, food was good Amjad was very cooperative and caring during the breakfast and the food and amenities is also good

A nice choice of hotel as the location is very good. Check in was quick with friendly check in staff. Gave complimentary fruits and snacks in room. The sofa bed was a good size that fitted 2 children conveniently. Clean and nice breakfast too. Would definitely be back.

Guest relationship manager vishnu and yogendra were very helpful. The breakfast has an amazing spread and the kitchen staff were very courteous. Happy i selected hyatt place, right from check in, stay, break fast, service of hk&pool are excellent. I impressed with front of staffs especially mr. Vishnu who made our stay even more comfortable and extended all support.

Everything went well except for one receptionist brhom due to poor customer service attitude (bring him to training) and your valet parking is confusing (no signages, security staff will not even ask if you will checkin so we waited long outside rounding the hotel perimeter for parking. Good thing you have a staff namely sevara (well-trained, accommodative)

We recently stayed at this wonderful hotel and had an absolutely fantastic experience! from the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially towards our kids. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even going so far as to organize a memorable celebration for our son's birthday, which he absolutely loved. The restaurant staff, particularly nomi, sikandar, and teressa, were exceptional. They were attentive to our needs, provided excellent service with a smile, and made dining a delight every time. Their warmth and friendliness added a special touch to our meals. Moreover, the housekeeping supervisor was equally impressive. Always approachable and helpful, they ensured our room was immaculate and comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, our time at this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We can't wait to return and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and family-friendly place to stay.

Staff is very rude and online booked room don’t give me good view and give me very small window room water pressure is so low
