Inn concorde hotel Room is average and service also very poor

Hotel was avarage but the house keeping and maintenance are bad. Drinking water bottle are chargeable.

The service and accommodation at the property require improvement in quality, particularly in maintaining room amenities. While the warehouse staff were adequate and supportive, the overall property amenities still need significant enhancement.

room was cozy and smell in corridor and room. clean done daily but bedsheets not changed daily it will changed after 1 days. not recommend for family.

Great location Spacious room Few concerns Their card key was not working for 4 days during my stay Saw few cockroaches in room and bathroom I asked for water on my check out day, they were charging me 5X for 1 bottle of water which should ideally be free during my stay there.

The front desk team was super welcoming—especially the young guy with the glasses and the friendly girl on evening duty. Although I had an extra guest and to adjust the booking to double occupancy from single was higher than the per night charge which I paid originally to book. Hotel did not give me any discount even though my guest which is an extra person arrived 6pm. The lobby had a bit of an odd smell, but honestly, the rooms made up for it—they were spotless and really well-kept! The bellboy, particularly the older gentleman, did bring the vibe down a little with his unprofessional attitude, but I’m not letting that ruin the hotel’s great overall experience. Oh, and the nightclub on the M floor—G-Town—was absolutely epic! A total hidden gem, and very wallet-friendly too, thanks to MMT!

My experience was too good... Facilities bwere best given by hotels... And too clean ...co operative....

Worst service from staffs and receptionist do not go to this hotel at all their hotel was under renovation full of disturbance this is not even the last option hotel to be in for a day they charged 100 dirhams for lipstick mark on towel seriously disgusting
