Dorus hotel , the rooms where nice and good customer service. One thing is the area and the ground lobby which is sort of some club. Party dance bar vibes. Otherwise good. If your are ok. With that party.

Very average experience. The cleanliness was poor and there was constant noise throughout the stay. The food was not up to the mark and the overall hospitality was disappointing. Expected much better.

It was good altogether.The only issue I had there with the non availability of bath towels and I called Reception thrice for getting it.Remaining all was good.

I booked this hotel through make my trip rom service was pathetic no response even a person who was answering call dnt know language no plates in kitchen when asked reception they rudely told it's not our department call kitchen they will provide very bad experience don't suggest anyone this hotel one more thing when I booked this hotel after 2 days I called receptionist to enquire about extra hour charges they told till 5 pm after 5 pm it will be 100 and my check out was 12 pm afternoon after that I checked in and when I asked about extra hour charges one girl was there I don't know her name she told till 5 pm I told her I called before 2 days back they told so she told it's weekend so I kept quiet next day of my booking when I came to receptionist to extend my stay he took which I paid by card 10th august morning so my question is why the rates are different from all staff it's a four star hotel and there is rude front desk room service they don't know language he was speaking in Tamil no plates In hotel very bad

I strongly recommend people to not visit this palace, no towel , no space for the room, I didn’t even get a proper breakfast even after paying extra for it and very dirty cleaning practices (i saw cockroaches everywhere in my room and washroom) please don’t visit.

Neat and clean rooms with a pleasant atmosphere. The service was also very good. I had a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The properties location was quite good it was near to the metro and the restaurants were nearby. Food was good but expensive. Amenities were average and services was not that good at all I wasn't getting the cold water supply in my room I complained about it thrice but didn't got any solution throughout my stay of 6 days. Overall the hotel was average and the staff was not that supportive and answerable while you have got any genuine problem.

Hot water is not available in the wash room, the electric kettle for drinking hot water is also not in working condition

First a fall hot water is not coming, i told to them they said we will change the room and never did, but ok it was average experience, there staff are good. Overall 3/5 rating. Now where i will get discount?

No i didn't stay there because when i went there they said we cancel your booking whats this nobidy send me any kind of email without informing how yoy cancel it then they ate telling you can contact from whrfe you book the room

The room was dirty smelly the washroom sink is broken bath tub is broken and too much noise ouside of the room staaf was very good they are helpful l but this hotel does not deserve 4 star

To-much noise can't sleep

I can't sleep the night.the outsiders sound and Bar party sounds really disturb me. don't suggest this type Hotels for me .it's the first experience for me in a hotel. 1 night full we can't sleep .. I think before it's a 4 start hotel so they giving value for money. but I really sad about that.
