Novotel Deira Creekside Dubai

The stay was good, excellent location for tourists; the staff are very courteous and polite and very helpful. We stayed for 6 nights, the breakfast menu was the same and boring. Especially the Indian counter was not good. Seriously management should hire an exclusive Indian chef to make Indian dishes, whoever is making right now is doing a very poor job.

Room and service were okay but, Bathroom is small.Expected better rooms and better service.Near to metro station so travel friendly.

Hotel is in prime location near to Metro station and Deira City Centre. Eatery shops and grocery stores are also just outside hotel. Coming on to room, the room I booked was a superior room to accommodate a family of 4 with two kids 12 & 15 years but room had a queen bed and sofa bed only which was not sufficient to accommodate all so have to pay extra for additional bedding. So whoever is seeking that option please keep that in mind. Breakfast was nice with good variety.

The service was exceptional. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional — from the reception team to housekeeping and restaurant staff. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate small requests, which made the stay even more pleasant.

Room, food, services everything is not upto mark of novotel. Smelly rooms and toilets. Tasteless food. Services also very poor.

Very easily accessible and centrally located . Breakfast spread is nice but could be better . Services are up to the mark . Enjoyed staying here .

Absolutely pathetic for more than 6k INR per night, like guys come on. I even had to ask for the most basic stuff like dental kit and slippers. Service is pathetic. Have to wait for LONG time for basic housekeeping. Food variety and taste is really really really bad. We even paid extra for breakfast, really regret it. My worst stay in the whole of Dubai and I stayed at 3 different hotels. The airbnb was far better than Novotel. Shameful

I had an excellent stay at Novotel Dubai Deira City Centre. The location is perfect, right opposite the mall and well connected by metro, which made getting around the city very convenient. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were warm, polite, and always ready to help, which really made the experience even better.

Such a nice place and worth your time stay I stayed in a hotel Novotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff are very welcoming. Check-in was very smooth, and the room was convenient location. The service throughout the stay was excellent. I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend this hotel to others to visit this Novotel in Dubai. 5

The reception staff were extremly cordial and helpful. The lady was very pleasant and communication was good. The Novotel Manager was helpful. the staff at the floors were friendly and efficient. The rooms were smart and clean.

everything was good ,but they chager extra 60dirams while checkin. that too bad experience. i already paid everything while booking

property was good and near to metro station. The area is calm and tranquil and not far from famous places in Du property was good and near to metro station.

It was pleasant and quite relaxing. I got the room with a great view. Mr.Sarangi was wonderful , helping me with the check in procedure.

We had a pleasant stay .The room is clean, spacious and the staff are very friendly. The city center, metro and lot of restaurants with delicious food and affordable prices.Very good and convenient location.
